The location and the beautiful infinity pool.

My husband went downstairs to meet the delivery guy for our food. The frontdesk staff were really rude with the worst attitude. They asked my husband if he was staying in the hotel, while he was standing there with the roomkey in his hand and he had the hotelslippers on. They told him that he must go outside. Disgusting and embarrassing the way they've talked to him.

+ Finally Rooftop pool is open (year ago you saw the picture on booking, but the pool was still under construction) + Location - right new Blue Waters and JBR + Stuff now is faster then it was year ago

- Overpriced. For example the pool is nice, but for me view from Address Sky-View is more epic, plus you don't need to use 3-4 elevators to find it. The view and breakfast are better in Rixos. If you need calm place for family you can choose Cesar Palace and all of them are still cheaper. - Windows was super dirty - Still poor breakfast, plus if you wanna order something on rooftop pool you have to do it 24hr in advance or wait till 11.00 and still you get just a few basic options - Traffic near the entrance, but it's JBR. So you have to stay quite often in a traffic on the nearest cross-road

The staff weee exceptional. Especially the lovely lady at the front desk and the kind and efficient porter Azhar. The resort is everything you’ve come to expect with the brand and it’s quality standards. The breakfast was lovely. The facilities are top tier.

The downfall would be the traffic getting to hotel, as that region gets a bit congested.

Breakfast was ok for food. But the service and staff were the real reason for being perfect!!! Caring and with best attitude. Thank tham for that.

The service for tour guide ! Poor English and minimum understanding how to get to places. She even put us In situation that we were waiting in wrong point for nothing and mor troubles. It was unfortunate. You must get better at this;).

My stay at the Address Beach Resort in Dubai was truly exceptional. The Deluxe Sea View Room with a balcony offered breathtaking panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and meticulously clean. The resort's amenities, including the pool area and fitness center, were top-notch. Dining at the resort's restaurants was a delightful experience, with diverse culinary offerings and impeccable service. The resort's convenient location allowed easy access to Dubai's attractions. Overall, the Address Beach Resort provided a luxurious and memorable retreat. Highly recommended.

We were warmly greeted by the friendly and helpful staff at the registration counter, who graciously accommodated our request for an early check-in. The unique architecture of the building immediately caught our attention, showcasing a modern and sleek design that's characteristic of Dubai’s charm. Located in the heart of Dubai Marina, the hotel’s location was ideal for exploring the vibrant neighborhood. The view from our room was nothing short of incredible, offering a picturesque sight of Ain Dubai and the Palm Jumeirah. The diverse range of pools was delightful, each providing a unique atmosphere to relax and unwind, with direct access to the beach adding to the charm. The top infinity pool on the 77th floor was the highlight, rendering a breathtaking vista that made our stay unforgettable. The Address Beach Resort truly provided a luxurious retreat with scenic beauty at every corner.

Everything. From the moment you walk in, it smells amazing. The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much. The rooms are immaculately clean. The best thing about it is the rooftop pool on floor 77 and Zeta Seventy Seven. There were always cabanas and beds available regardless of the time of day and the views were spectacular. Breakfast was great. We booked the summer temptation at Zeta 77 and it was fantastic. We will be using this hotel again. Spa treatments were fabulous. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

From the moment I arrived me and my son were treated with such compassionate and polite staff. We were given a bigger room to accommodate a busy toddler. The staff in every part of this hotel were friendly and helpful. The staff at The Restaurant for breakfast were amazing, the staff at the Kids Clubs also amazing. And the staff who services my room were great and gave us memory foam pillows and our fruits in our room. I have never stayed at a hotel whom pays so much attention to every detail. And that is one of the reasons they keep excelling. Made some unforgettable memories and shall return again in the future !

Our stay was really enjoyable. The pool and the facilities were all nice, clean and the view was enjoyable. The room was spacious. The location was wonderful. It were a lot of restaurants nearby aside from what the hotel has to offer. Every where is walkable. The lifeguards were also attentive. Special shout out to Jeffrey (lifeguard at infinity pool) and Peri (the lady who assisted us in the reception) . They were really friendly and attentive and most of all they were patient with all of the questions we bothered them with.

We know that the hotel is on the high end. So we pretty much expected that the everything will be pricey. But like what I said the hotel's location pretty much provides me with a lot options.
