Great staffs. Great hotel location - Few minutes' walk to Dubai Marina Mall. Supermarket across the street from the hotel entrance. Plenty of eateries all around the hotel so PLENTY of choices. Always taxi waiting in front of the hotel so no problems getting one. Beach is nearby where you have hundreds more food choices and adventures. There are restoration works going in the hotel and you may hears knocking and drilling noises however, I was hardly in the room during the daytimes, so it didn't bother me much. I was told these restoration works will take several months. Decent basement parking lots although I did say not for sports cars with low clearance. Gym is small and basic.

A good sized apartment with a fabulous view! There is a huge supermarket just over the road which has everything you need - apart from alcohol.

It has seen better days and needs modernising. The bathroom is very small and the kitchen stove top is very old. But the view is to die for so who cares!

This hotel is amazing and I don't see myself wanting to stay anywhere else unless I'm looking to save money or seriously upgrade or something. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom everyone kept making comments about was not bad at all. It was small in comparison to the rest of the space I guess but definitely not uncomfortable, some of the comments made me think the toilet would be wedged right beside the sink or something. The hotel's back exit is directly on the marina boardwalk so that's the best feature of the entire stay really. I also like that there were lots of slippers available in the room, some hotels add just one even with 2 guests but this one had 3. Housekeeping was thorough and kept everything super clean so I didn't even need cleaning everyday. There is also a nice range of products that come with the room i.e. toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving, loofah etc. not everyone does that.

Not sure why gym closes at 7pm, really affected my ability to stay healthy because most of the day was filled with activities and just before bed would have been the best time to exercise. Also wish the jacuzzi/steam room I saw was still functioning. Also this is not necessarily a negative , it's their right to have their policies but just FYI checking in early is not free, there was a 122 AED charge to check in by 9am when our plane arrived early in the morning (actually we got there at 4am but that would have needed paying over 500 AED for an extra night so just chilled on the rooftop and walked around until 8/9). It also took a while for the hot water to get hot and it didn't last too long.

The location was fabulous and exactly where we wanted to be with everything in walking distance that w needed. Towels provided for round the pool was a lovely extra bonus. Rooms are a great size and having the kitchen area and washing machine was great. Breakfast was included in our stay but it is not something us English are used to if you want a full English breakfast. A tip would be to go down before 9am as after that the food was not replenished the same.

I would of liked if each room had a balcony to sit out on as I think that really does make a difference. Having a clothing airier to dry your clothes on after washing would be a huge help for if you use the washing machine. More options at breakfast for cereal and perhaps the chief more prominent so you are aware you can order eggs or omelette. The hotel receptionist (female didn’t manage to get her name) could do with some customer service training as she was very rude. A little goes a long way. Not everyone uses apps on mobiles so maybe having a taxi company number would be a good idea especially for bigger groups who need to fit 5+ people in a car.

The service from everybody working there. Good food as well. Right next to the river. East to take a walk and get some sun as well. It was right next to a money changer and convenient store and easy to get taxi. And so nice to give me late checkout

The kitchen counter could be a little bit cleaner and I didn’t understand how to use the stove or if it worked. And it should have something for the shower water not go everywhere on floor but it was wheelchair friendly.

The staff were all amazing. So polite, so friendly and they couldn't do enough for us. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was spotless and housekeeping came in every day. Last of all, the location is superb, I recommend a sea view, which is actually a Marina view.

The hotel is obviously quite old and is looking a little bit 'old' and dated, with certain fittings looking a bit worn.

I like the attention and professionalism of the staffs, everytime we needed an attention about something it was immediately handled. One day we returned late and our bathroom lights was not working, someone came immediately and fixed it. Everything is done promptly. Even the guy that helps with scheduling tours and COVID-19 test is amazing 👏. Daily house keeping, changing sheets was a catch for me. The hotel is well located and a super across that have everything you need including currency exchange and an ATM 🏧 machine. Always Taxi when it. Goof security. Nobody can have access to the elevator without the guests, you have to have the door keys to able to access the elevator to the guests room.

The only issue I have is the hotel towels. As compare to the comfort they only provide 2 big towels, no hand towels, no wash cloths. Also the bathrooms need some renovation, the tub is too old. Also rye breakfast need to be integrated. Considering the fact that they have different nationalities lodging into the hotel the food need to be continental.

The best place about this hotel is its location. It is on the far side of Dubai Marina and so most things are within walking distance. Breakfast was sufficient, but a tad unorganised for this pair of queue-loving Brits. There is a convenient supermarket and pharmacy just across the road. There's a little Tim Horton's (coffee shop) in the supermarket which was convenient too. Taxis are easy to call (just install the Careem app and order Hala taxis). WiFi was solid and dependable.

I rebooked this hotel like 10 times when I was extending my stay. I really liked the value I was getting for the price. Spacey room, comfortable bed, washing machine, housekeeping every day and a good location. It was like 10-15 min walking distance to the gulf and pretty quite area, supermarket across the street and direct access to Marina. Management was great. Wifi was the major value for me, I tried few other places but the best wifi I had in Jannah. (I work remote with Cisco connect on and pc performance was still good. )

the gym was tiny (but I know they are starting reconstruction), and also if somebody decides to cook there smelly food 🙄 it stink all over the hallway - has nothing much to do with the hotel, but cooking smell was annoying.
