The view from the room was breathtaking. The room had everything we could wish for. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The pool was very nice. The location is good, in Dubai Marina - you step out of the hotel and you're in Dubai Marina. There's a supermarket nearby. There's an Indian-Pakistani restaurant just 50 meters from the hotel where the food is great, highly recommended.

Although there wasn't anything we didn't like, one suggestion would be for the hotel to offer towels for guests visiting other beaches besides Soluna Beach. This could enhance convenience, especially for a 4-star hotel.

Room service was excellent. Special thanks to Kogulan and Bholu. They brought immediately what we asked and made some surprises, like figures from the towels which they put on the bed. Breakfast is very good and service is superb.

Air conditioning is flowing to the face and body when being on the bed. The staff has to turn the slides from the bed. We switched it off during night and opened window. The Palm beach and spa are not included and quite expensive.

Location is bit off and number of shuttle buses are very inadequate. Hot water runs out (You can't even fill whole tub). Water pressure is not adequate

The hotel staff were excellent- Polite, attentive and helpful. We were half board so experienced breakfast and lunch/dinner. You could choose between either lunch and dinner which was handy when planning your day. The food at the Allore restaurant tasted so nice. The cakes and baked items were also tasty. We only stayed for twos days so we didn’t experience the hotel pool. Instead we paid and booked a day trip to Soluna beach club on the Palm through the hotel. Prices were decent. We paid for a pool sun lounger and all the money was redeemable there on food. They transported us there and back for free and the beach club itself is excellent. Food very nice. Pool amazing. My children loved it. Overall a great experience. Oh and not to forget the stunning view of the Marina. We were in the 13th floor.

The selection of food was minimal at lunch and dinner, however it all tasted amazing so that was lucky. I’d suggest adding chips to the menu to cater for fussy children.

Location was perfect. Short walk to the Marina. Awesome views from our hotel room. Taxis are always available outside the hotel. Shuttle service was perfect to take us to the DMCC metro station, Marina Mall and also the Mall of Emirates. Thank you Satish and Afaq for arranging an early check in.

I really can't find any fault with this hotel.

Rooms were nice (good airco, comfy beds and very clean). We also found the dinner at the hotel restaurant to be surprisingly affordable. If it's not too hot outside the hotel is located at a perfect walking distance to the Dubai Marina boardwalk.

Breakfast became a bit crowded (especially if you arrive after 9:30 you can expect to have to wait a bit for a table), but fortunately the crew was quick to clean out tables and get guests a table as quickly as possible.

room was a little bit old fashioned. as a family difficult to stay 4 people as 2 adult and 2 child. extra bed was tough and very uncomfortable. Sofa couldn’t open and my child had to try to fit in

Very happy, a fantastic stay, much better than I was expecting! Two girls for six days, five nights in Dubai, looking for a mix of tanning, relaxing, partying, and good food and drinks, in a central, convenient and attractive location, all of which was met by the Wyndham hotel! The main positive was the accommodating nature of every single member of staff at the hotel. Before we got there, I had emailed to ask for a room that faced the marina so we would have good views, and on a higher floor, and they advised they’d do their best based on availability, but couldn’t promise, and when I got there and asked for the same again at check-in, they confirmed they had received the message and allocated a room accordingly. So many times I have attempted to pre-arrange something, and on the day have found that the message hasn’t been passed on, so it was good to see such a simple request had been taken seriously and noted - and actioned! We were given an incredible room, with the most insane views, and I’m still struggling to understand how we got it for such a good price! We went towards the beginning of December 2022 and the pool at the hotel was entirely in the shade. This was fine because we knew this might be the case before we arrived as the marina is so built up, so we had the beach as a back up for tanning! But it’s worth noting as some reviews were misleading suggesting it was half shade, half sun. This time of year was entirely shade. The hotel itself was beautifully presented, covered in Christmas decorations and even a cinnamon scent posted around the reception / foyer. It’s so bizarre being in such heat at Christmas, but it was also a really lovely touch. The temperature was early 30’s Celsius, with a good breeze, so not roasting but also not cold. Shorts and a t shirt were fine, maybe a cardigan on standby in the evenings.

No negatives - but it’s worth noting a few things; the pool did not receive any sun, soft drinks like coca-cola are not included in the half board options, even with half board most main meal items include an additional 100aed, you do need to walk along a pathway next to a dual carriage/motorway to get to the beach (not a problem and perfectly safe unless you have children etc) but you can walk the 5 minute longer route round, through the marina.

Price/performance is quite good.

In order to access the pool, you have to go all the way down to the lobby, pass in front of everyone, then take a second elevator to the pool. Pool working hours are uncomfortable.

The service from Amani and Amr was amazing. I would recommend coming to this hotel just for them. I felt like they genuinely cared to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We felt that we were between family. Amani and Amr provided one of the best customer service we have received yet here in Dubai. There is no question that they are the BEST at customer service! Thank you Amani and Amr so much!!!

The hotel was outdated and not luxurious like most of the other hotels we stayed at in Dubai. The towels were worn out and furniture made the room feel dark. We felt some mosquitos in our room.
