I stayed for 4 nights, all the staff are very receptive. At the counter Bhaskar and Pratik were excellent. House keeping very good. Ask for anything, they are so happy to serve.

Located conveniently near metro station and within 20 minutes from the airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was disappointing. Not a big selection....just standard.....although I can understand the hotel tried to cater for several nationalities. Room needs some upgrading, it's dull, has old power points and not enough. The bathroom. Definitely needs attention...

I am very happy staying in Asiana Hotel, I am sure I will come back again for business or another thing—special thanks to Miss Anandita for her hospitality and upgrading my room even without asking. I didn't like the deposit policy of the hotel, for the last 7 years of my traveling I didn't experience such kind of policy but overall despite this, everything was good.

I stay in Asiana Hotel repeatedly. The price for a 5-star hotel is very low and the facility is simply great. The hotel has a spirit, an atmosphere. Rooms and common areas are very clean, staff is helpful, you can order food from outside or dine in very good Korean/ Japanese/ Filipino restaurant (I love the named cuisines and the restaurants are great, with unexpected ingredients). Very important for me - the hotel rooms are quiet (well, you can hear muffled sounds of the city (becase - unlike in many other hotels, it is possible to open the window (another plus for me)), but not children screaming next door which is great). The hotel is about 15 mins far from the airport by taxi and it is located near 2 shopping malls but also local residential area - when walking around, you can get an idea how local people live and shop for many interesting things which are not necesarily designer/brand overpriced.

There are few funny things which are there by design in the room: there is no electric socket next to a bed (at least, I could not find one), so it is not possible to check your phone while it is charging (on the other hand, it helps to get asleep in a healthy manner). There is no central light, but several lights at a desk, at a bed, at a table.

I was so tired after a long flight and couldn't drive to AD so I spent a night at this hotel in Dubai. Although I spent most of my time there resting in the room, I can still provide a positive review about the hotel. Location is convenient. Place is nice. Elevator and room smell is also nice, no bad smells anywhere. Free parking. A few hundred meters away from Nesto and Reef mall. Few steps away from metro stationReception staff are helpful and polite. Spacious room. Nice room facilities. Comfy bed. Would stay there again. I got free room upgrade thanks to the nice person at the reception.

All is good, not until tonight one girl in reception, she’s not smile. I told her I want to pay for 4 days but she told me to wait to another counter. She didn’t do anything, she’s not busy and the other one is busy . I’ve waited for 30mins just to pay while she’s there didn’t do anything. She should know what is the proper way of approaching the guest. Other staff is good, security in parking is good. Only this lady ruin my day. She should respect and treat well the guest. Hoping this would not encounter again.

The staff were immensely friendly from reception Pratik, Ebtihel, anandita, Rohit to housekeeping and the breakfast staff (Chef Davis and others), they were genuinely helpful and kind. Would remember what my mum liked and would make it as soon as she arrived.

Outside area was abit dirty Very Minor issues with hotel. No welcome drink, no liquid milk in rooms and extra charge if so, small extra charges from hotel policy which spoilt an otherwise lovely customer experience. Hotel provides only 12-2pm for women only at gym. Bedrooms abit dated looking .

We chose Asiana Hotel because we would receive SE Asiana food and we were not disappointed. The food was absolutely wonderful. The quality & quantity of food was also varied. The professional chef made us special eggs each morning as well. The hotel is beautiful, nicely decorated, and exceptional clean. Location was also very good. We were treated like royalty from the moment our luggage was taken out of the taxi to our room until the time we left. Once we had a problem with the sink and maintenance immediately came up and fixed the problem. A shout-out to two staff members: Braskar and Purna who listened to us, helped us and showed us kindness. Other staff members were also caring but we did not get their names..

There could be more lighting near the desk area.

Clean and big size of the room, interior design was well conceptualized and bed was so comfortable.... fast check- in and check- out process... And not to forget to mention here how good the Crispy Pork Belly we ordered from Yuraku restaurant.

Room (4th level) is not soundproof and you can hear the music from the hotel's bar (located at the 6th floor) and the vehicles from the main road of Salahuddin. Pillows are too thin and flat... felt overused. No valet parking ( they used to have that before).

Clean new comfortable hotel in everything. Good staff services. Near metro.. reatstaunts... night club. .and big mall. You can travel every where by metro. My big thanks to reception women Anandita

_Located far from city center. You can solve this problem by metro. (I suggest that hotel must offer free ride to city center to every person that book 3 days or more). _Littel expensive price per day.
