The suite was HUGE and nicely appointed - with 1.5 bathrooms! The staff is friendly and super helpful. Any issues with the room (e.g., missing drying rack) where quickly addressed. There is a concierge during the day that helped us with day trips and cabs. (NOTE: We mostly used the nearby Metro.) The hotel's location is fantastic! A short walk got us to the Metro and numerous restaurants. I felt very safe walking along this main street, morning and night. Across the street is the Reef Mall which has a high-end grocery store with ready made hot food for eat-in or take out. We loved the Calicut Kallayi Restaurant for breakfast and the Star Baik for lunch and dinner, so much that we ended up at these restaurants again and again during our short stay.

In my opinion, I found the bed to be a little too firm.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The staff were so nice and helpful.

Although it’s so close to the metro, but you need to ride the metro for like 20-50 minutes to arrive to some touristic places!

I was in the M floor where a truck noise was annoying me every morning. The truck engine was on for several hours every single day.

Shivam at front desk is an asset to the organisation. He helped us a lot. Nice guy. Room cleaning guy was also good and hardworking forgot to ask his name. House keeping always available. Our room was ready as we requested during booking thanks to the Manager.

Staff were simply the best. Excellent service from Shivam, Panday, Nelson and all the others. Love the studio. Netflix on the tv was an added bonus.

An uplifting of bathroom facilities would be welcome

The Location of the hotel is the best thing about it, very close to the metro and other landmarks. You can get starbucks, Denny's, KFC, Pizza Hut, and much more at walking distance. The staff especially the reception lady Suraksha is very nice and cooperative. She agreed to us checking out late and also cooperated on a payment issue during check in.

The room was good and spacious but quality can be improved for overall user experience. There was no charging spots near bed. We booked an apartment with kitchen but they didn't provide basic kitchen accessories like dish washer and salt, which resulted in us buying these in more amount and we left almost 80% of dish washing liquid, many washing sponges and a complete bag of salt when we checked out.

Very good location, the apartment was well furnished, the housekeeping team was great and the reception team was very helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Ms. Surakchya from reception who did the c/in procedures for the 3 rooms i have booked and i was lucky to find her also during my c/out. She was very helpful and patient with a great smile all the time. Mr. Chandra, the man who has an answer for any question, suggestions and recommendations for better experience, and solutions for any challenges. The housekeeping lady on my floor M07, she was perfect and super and always smiling. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable. Mohamed Ahmed
