Everything is good and reception staff kethal he is very helpful and friendly..cleaning also good

I noticed regarding except reception staff ,, housekeeping and service staff no smile and even they're not looking at faces especially when we are asking something and faces are very ugly and rude ,please concern managers tell to your staff smile is free no need to buy from anywhere ,they're look like they don't have interest do the work .if they will not change definitely you will loss your repeated guests..

This time (because we stayed the week before for three days at this hotel, before traveling to another destination) everything was much better than the week before. The room was spacious and clean, without any cigarette smell, very good equiped, with comfortable beds, a little fridge, very good internet connection. The bathroom was very clean and good equiped.

Maybe that the a/c was automatically turned on /off and sometimes it was very cold

location is very good Price also affordable Facilities also good

Just one request if you can't provide individual oven atleast put one Oven in the cafe if we have some food we can make it hot instead of throwing it Some time we bring food if we request at cafe can we make it hot they are saying not allowed its ok i understand but its rare not all the time my concern is just to not waste the food

it is located near the Dubai international airport. it’s good for south Asian communities.

the clubs inside the property are too loud or no noise cancellation which keeps you awake at night but it depends on which floor you get

We never had breakfast from the hotal premises. However, the location is quite good. You can easily find the supermarkets and food places to go. Its near to the Metro station. The only issue is hotel does not have own parking for guests.

To have your own parking i guess.

I like the attentive staff. Though I arrived before the check in time, i was well received; given free cup of coffee and a space to rest from my long trip before i got the paid room. It was my first visit to Dubai so they initiated by suggesting places I could visit and were quick to make the arrangements.

It was worth the money.

The Location of the Hotel is very good just next to Salah Al Din Metro Station. The Staff is good and polite.

Drinking Water is not provided daily in the room, they should check with the customers for drinking water.

The staff is helpful and always available. The food in hotels restaurant is delicious.

The bathroom was clean but in corners there were mold growths.
