Small things, just it would have been great had these things been different (my opinion) - Hammock in the room is useless, the space could have been used in a better way - Room lighting could have been better - Wash basin

The artsy quirky contemporary feel of the lobby is a destination in itself. I love tge signature aroma of hotel. So everytime i smell it, it reminds me of my stay. So yeah, the aroma stamp a memory.

I do hope they have more facilities, affiliated to cheap boat rides/ yatch and so guest can enjoy Deira creek port hopping. I hope they did not paint guest room black; they can use dark tones but not black especially space we got is not that ample.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. A short drive from all main attractions. The area is mesmerizing, located in the beautiful Alseef heritage area, which is very picturesque, looking over the dubai creek. Starbucks has a very nice branch in this area .. very creative. The creek view from my room was very beautiful. The room is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, beds super comfy, sapcious bathroom, crative furniture design and a nespresso machine. Breakfast options were very limited and unchanged , but the quality is good and satisfying. Staff is helpful and always smiling, the total atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable, the only downside was the maintenance work being done to the pool on the rooftop. Having been visiting in summer time, the pool would have been a good bonus.

The location was great. Property is new and lots of dinning and bar options in and around. Centrally located in Dubai if you have travel all around. Sleep quality is great. Have a lovely bar atop the building (although poorly staffed) Skafos on the waterfront is great for evening drinks and shisha. Very good Valet and Parking services (staff).

The staff pretty much come off as lack lustre. They could do with a lot more of training to go out of their way (that tiny bit). No one seemed to be interested in doing anything beyond the ordinary. The bar atop is managed by staff who does not want business. Or simply don't know customers need quick turnaround. 4 out of 5 visits turned out to be a dud. Even though they could make a killing with a gorgeous place like that. Advisable not to fall for any type of views as they seemed to be pretty ordinary from most rooms.

Staff at the reception, housekeeping and breakfast were all very supportive and kind. The room's furniture and roll-curtains were a bit damaged, but this actually did not affect our stay, as the issues were resolved by technical staff. Overall, we felt very comfortable there, and enjoyed the location directly next to the water-front. Breakfast was tasty, and they offered a diverse range of different foods.

During the first night, our room smelled a bit from the colour used to paint the next room's floor, where they left the door open. This was a bit irritating for my asthma, but the smell disappeared the other day. We acknowledged, that such maintenance is necessary and can hardly be avoided.

good location, interesting design, nice rooftop bar and restaurant on the creek, the breakfast had many options, all the staff was always very helpful and friendly, the location offered the chance of nice walks, and the presence of many alternatives for restaurants

the modern design of the room had few not very practical solutions. our room was nice and big, but the only big window had a horizontal striped screen blocking any view I guess for privacy issues and allowing only the light to come in, not pleasant feeling... If this is what a room without city view or creek view offers, next time I would consider a different room.

Fantastic location beside the Dubai Creek. A nice place to stay and take a stroll early in the morning or in the evening along the creek. Breakfast spread was good. The rooms overlooking the creek were spacious and room facilities were good. There were electric carts / buggies available at the hotel to take you along the Al Seef heritage village and other points of interest along the creek and this was a welcome bonus especially during the mid day when it was quite hot ! The hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

Room is great, innovative, artistic, stylish Location near to the museums and to the metro station (Bujurman)... over looking to the creek Breakfast not applicable to my itinerary Amenities is cool, swimming pool at the roof Wifi is fast and good Hotel is so much clean and tidy Staffs are nice, approachable and wear a smile always

Next time.. even I book in the booking.com. there should always be breakfast included. Airport shuttle should and must be free for the guests or tourists

Loved it! My 4th stay and it continues to be fabulous. Love the room set up, the access to the creek, the staff are kind and considerate. Great coffee. It's a place yonstay that just makes me happy! It has funk and is functional, all in one. Love the style

The breakfast has changed since my last visit. It was the most fabulous in Dubai, previously. Now it is very basic. Where has the breadmaking station gone and the selection of fruit and cheeses? The pool bar area is getting tored

The room was just as shown in the picture and amenities were nice; we really enjoyed spending time by the pool and appreciated the variety of breakfast food options!

We booked the room + breakfast option, but were told breakfast is not included at our check-in. The issue was resolved when we showed the confirmation page from booking.com. However, we were approached again by a hotel staff the next morning when we were at breakfast, telling us breakfast is not included in our booking. Although this was resolved after showing the confirmation a second time, it was not pleasant to be bothered by this a second time, solely cause the night shift failed to leave a note or update the booking on their system.
