The hotel is well serviced with restaurants and shops and a metro access next door. Room was very good and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Pool area was very nice and a good view. Mahmoud on the reception desk was very helpful.

The Location across the creek isolates you from the attractive spots in Dubai southward. The metro is usually crowded, and taxi rides are not cheap.

the property itself was very good, you have to be aware of the extra charges when checking out.eg the municipality charge , the tourist tax and the room service charge , which are daily and not per stay.

We particularly enjoyed the Radisson Blu Boulevard Gourmet - a charming cafe with a magnificent range of patisserie and custom sandwiches too. All hotel staff were invariably polite and helpful. We like the location with great views over Dubai Creek. It is nice that each room has a balcony. The air-con was much appreciated. Nice decor and loved the photo art works which add an Arabic flavour.

It wasn't made clear where all the restaurants (and there were a lot) were located and what they served. We found a number of them by accident, through a maze of little shops and up several flights of stairs. Daily room service is charged for! There are a lot of add-ons to the room rate - VAT, taxes etc.

The room was very big, I requested a room with a view and got that, it was perfect. The staff was fantastic, Ragavan and Sumon that that done the housekeeping always greeted us warmly, it was so nice to stop and chat with them each morning, Breakfast had a great selection from around the world, The location with the creek in front and the metro station behind meant lovely walks late evening and can take the metro to see the sites during the day. All the staff make you feel so special, we will be going back.

The Location was excellent and the hotel was very well appointed. The room view was superb... Initially we sought to take one of the offered upgrades, but there was an issue and we were unable to process it... we emailed the excellent Muzaffar Khan - Assistant Front Office Manager and tried to resolve, due to miscommuncation , unsuccessfully. However when we arrived the excellent Mr Khan, made it his business to discuss the miscommunication and solve the issue on the spot. He could not have been more helpful. understanding or thougtful in his approach and solution which was very fair and more than acceptable. A fantasctic ambassador for the hotel and the industry and shining example for all of the staff, obviously well managed by Mr Khan , who were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were exceptional as was the breakfast choice..

Really lovely hotel, easy to get to the metro to get into the city and lovely view from the balcony.

There was a free shuttle to Kite Beach, which was good and took 20 minutes. We were told to meet back at the drop off point at a certain time. We got back on the shuttle we came on, only for it to drop us off at a different hotel. We were then told it was a different bus coming back, which we had not been informed about. Ended up having to get a taxi back to the Radisson Blu. So I think there needs to be more communication with guests staying at the hotel about this.

As a female solo traveller in a foreign country, I felt safe throughout my stay. The hotel is close to public transport, Union Metro & Deira Creek Ferry to visit Al Seef. Also, walking distance to Al Ghurair mall. The room is kept clean always and has comfortable bed & pillows. Hotel staff friendly and grant requests without any fuss like early check-in & late checkout. There are lots of restaurants on site and even have big sales on big brands during my stay!

The schedule of complimentary shuttle not clearly explained by staff also printed one doesn't make sense.

Review Radisson Blu I stayed for 8 days. Overall, it is a good hotel. New, clean room and excellent services mark this premise. The room was spacious with all the basics of a 4 star hotel. No complaints, except for the pillow, which is too soft and thin. The services rendered by this hotel is outstanding. Right from the concierge up to the housekeeping. Upon arrival, my luggage was quickly secured with a tag and transfered to the room. Check in was fast. My request for an empty plate came as soon as I hung up the phone. I was even more impressed with the housekeeping crew. The two staffs, Mr. Buddi and Mr. Mohammad Sadjid, were not only hardworking, but professional too. They were always attentive to my need and would constantly be on the lookout to ensure my comfort. I hope the top management of Radisson would duly recognize and reward these two wonderful, proactive and hardworking staffs. The hotel also has a nice view of the Dubai creek. One can stroll along the creek for fresh sea breeze and some water front or evening activities. To say that the hotel is close to the public amenities is an overstatement. As one has to walk approximately 400 meters to the nearest metro station, 300 meters to the nearest convenient shop and 600 meter to the nearest Al Ghufair mall. Overall, the hotel fits to be marked as a 4 star hotel.

1.The hotel is faceing the Dubai river, the view from our room's balcony was great! The room number was 503. We could enjoy the view when we had dinner . 2.The GYM was very good , it was opened at 7am. There were two areas for you ,The equipment in the gym was very professional, there were many leg training and back training equipments, we loved them!! 3.The hotle provided shuttle bus to "Dubai Mall" and " Kite Beach"at 9am. 4.The metro station "union" is just at the back of the Hotel, so you can go anywhere much easier. 5.The "Union Bus Station" is just also at the back, you can take bus 103 to "Global Village". 6. Ther are some small supermarkets and local resturants near the hotel, and it is about 15 minutes on foot to “Carrefour” . It is on the same way to the metro.
