It was very clean and with all facilities and we stayed 5 nights at the hotel

Carpet of the corridor should be wash so it makes good fragrance

Good location for expo .. breakfast was good but dinner was very bad as desserts ran out and they didn't replace .. very poor choice of desserts.. mostly fruit. Beds were very comfortable and so were pillows which were labelled as soft or firm. Slippers and toothbrush or vanity items were not provided unless you request it. Bathrooms were newly refurbished and nice and bright. Room had ceiling lights which was good as the room was well lit. They could not accommodate large check out for even an hour but that was ok as probably full due to expo. Long queues for breakfast but toy got your table very fast.

Some rooms were so far from the lift. The hotel was slightly mean on the smaller items like slippers and toothbrush and dinner buffet needs much improvement especially for choice of desserts.

They had a good breakfast. The room was spacious. Extra bed was full size and very comfortable. The facilities were good (like the pool). Housekeeping was spot on everyday (except at check in) and room service was good. Ample parking space. Easy access to places in Dubai if you have a car.

We checked in late at night. At check-in, only the bedding had been changed in the rooms, the washrooms and refreshment table had both temporary and permanent stains. Refreshments (water, tea etc) was not replenished. This was fixed the next morning. We apparently got a faulty steam iron that would trip the power in the room. Issue was sorted by replacement of steam iron.

From start to finish 100/100... no ratings can do this hotel justice. From stuff in reception to the food to the pools EVERYTHING. nothing or anything was too much of a bother for the stuff here.. (a special mention to Pinica in reception) I'm writing this as I wait for our taxi to be collected to return to England, and I'm already dreaming of returning. I have always dreamt of visiting Dubai for a number of reasons, and my expectations were truelly met and this hotel did not disappoint. We landed at silly o'clock in the morning, tired and stressed from a 7-hour flight with two young children we were met with friendly and gracious stuff who upgraded our standard room to a HUGE 2bed, 2bath family suite with a separate kitchen and lounge for FREE So that definitely made the start to our 5-day holiday. Cannot thank the stuff enough for contributing to what can be only described as THE BEST HOLIDAY EVER. Holiday inn al maktoum hotel YOU ROCK.

I Loved EVERYTHING

Hotel is nice, rooms area spacious, breakfast was good (crowded area because of too many people stayed at the hotel but food was good and enough and number of staff was good also), parking was enough, wifi is very good in all locations of the hotel, Gym was good equipped

number of reception for check was not enough, long queue, some of the staff was un welling to help and some others was very friendly and actually offering more services in a nice friendly way (Like Ms April) very nice person.

Love this exquisite hotel suite with pool views! The breakfast buffet restaurant was huge with 2x food stations and the lobby was gorgeous! Love, love, loved our room and it was huge & glamorous! Most of the hotel staffs were really nice and professional! Your stay also includes their hotel shuttle bus to the famous Jumeirah Beach & IBN Battuta Mall. The most boujee hotel I've ever stayed at! A beautiful stay during our Honeymoon Trip in spectacular Dubai!!!

Not walkable to any shops or ATM that I could find. So make sure you get yourself sorted and any essential errands while you're at the mall or downtown.

The overall experience was brilliant. The hotel staff accommodated my group perfectly from start to finish and were able to provide for any help we needed. Oshada in particular was exceptional in his service, assuring our expectations were met and exceeded. The breakfast had enough variety and was organised perfectly. Other facilities such as the gym and pool were simple enough to access. A recommendable hotel for sure.

The location could be better as it is quite far from the main attractions, saying this you are provided with free shuttle buses. The shuttle buses could be arranged better as to book one requires you to download apps which just cause an inconvenience.

We arrived late for the usual check-in (6:30 pm) and they offer a late check-out for the following day (2:00 pm) at free of cost. + Great Value for Money especially if you booked earlier + Very Clean and Spacious Family Room + Appetizing choices for breakfast

- Location a bit far from major tourist spots (around 30 mins.) - Some staffs in the restaurant (breakfast area) are rude. As we booked 3 separate rooms., some of us had breakfast first and others came late, especially with kids. The way they approached us like "you're too many for one room" is very disappointing. Politeness is the key. - A receptionist called for the reminder that check-out time is within 1 hour. The call I got was very gentle and the call my brother got was rude. The guy said, "as you would have known, the check-out time is 12:00 pm, and it is now 1:30". Like hello?? your staff confirmed and offered us a late check-out since we came late for check-in.

- Super Clean - The food was very good and the restaurant’s ambience was amazing - The promotion price of the hotel was super affordable - Emmanuel the guard was very friendly and helpful - They have a person dressed up as Santa Claus to give chocolates to the kids in breakfast time - swimming pool area was great

- the check-in process took us 1 and a half hour to be processed! we have 3 adults that is 65-70 years old and a 2 year old son. It was very inconvenient to stay at the lobby!
