The hotel is good value for money and we enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious and modern and we enjoyed the breakfast which has a better selection compared to other similar priced hotels.. There is a very good beauty salon in reception which I found very handy. We have stayed twice before (as it is close to where my family lives in Dubai) and I will likely stay again. The location is actually quite good for a holiday since you need to taxi to most places in Dubai no matter where you stay.

It is very loud with construction just outside the window. There are only plugs on one side of the bed which I found annoying for a relatively new hotel. A smart TV would have been nice as there were no channels in English (other hotels we stayed in at this price point had this).

The rooms were great. The water was also really good as we could easily change temperature. The room AC system was excellent. Its far from the busty town and very accessible with the metro station/metro line. Its only 16 dhirams($4.5 usd) to the nearest metro station(discovery gardens metro) with the local taxi(careem) and 22 dhirams($6 usd) with uber. The metro is as low as 5 dhirams to burj khalifa/dubai mall. The Hotel was also quiet and cozy. I loved it!

You should consider having an ATM machine in the hotel like others because most travellers staying at the hotel need one.

I have stayed at this property numerous times for work. Every single time my experience is excellent. Smooth check in process. Absolutely clean, comfortable rooms, with no noise whatsoever from neighboring rooms or outside. Comfortable mattresses. Nice toiletries. They used to have an issue with low water pressure at the showers, but this has been fixed during my past few stays. The rooms are quite spacious and tastefully decorated. Nice selection of food for room service, at very reasonable prices.

Very reasonable price compared to other hotels; Parking was mostly available while it is expected to run short as huge buildings are being constructed immediately next to the hotel. Also, the hotel has nice decorations and helpful staff. The allowed me earlier and accepted to keep my luggage for longer period beyond my reservation.

I think the hotel needs to verify Qiblah direction as I tested it several times and it is not accurate. The hotel does not use small trash bags inside the trash pins. I am not sure if this is only at this hotel or it's in all hotels.

Breakfast had good variety and they kept changing some of the food offered everyday. Arif was very accommodating. Underground parking is available, comfy beds, room cleaning was good. Their laundry facilities are available for guests to use by buying tokin coins. Overall great facilities and hotel is suitable for families.

Price is a bit high up considering its far from main attractions in Dubai like burj khalifa, Dubai Mall etc.

Enjoyed our short stay at this property. Nice location and accessibility. Hotel taxi service and the driver is very helpful and friendly. Decent size room and comfortable bed. Efficient housekeeping and turn down service daily.

I had specifically requested a room facing the Jebal Ali highway/Yalayis Road. I was allocated a room facing the construction site alongside. I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time and that was a bit of a let down. Limited choice in the room service menu.

Our family had a very comfy night sleep! The hotel is very clean, receptionist and bell attendants were nice and friendly.

If i were to suggest, pls implement a legal waiver to your guest to sign to meet customers food preference. We understand that its for food safety but nothing harm to meet halfway to satify your customers. We were bit annoyed when your waitress kept on telling us that the beef burger meat should be cooked well done or else they will be fined. This was a surprised to us as we have never encountered in any mid and luxury chain hotels in the whole UAE or even outside the country telling us no other but only well done. But anyway, after insisting the burger arrived medium and medium well. Hope your hotel didn't received fines! The chef did a great job serving us a  delicious juicy meaty burger.

amazing brand new hotel! everything is so new and clean, just exactly as on photos! very modern and nice. it’s close to Expo2020 area. The closest metro station is The Gardens. From hotel there are 3 ways to reach it: 1)by walking (25min) 2)by taxi (5min ~12aed) 3)by bus(the bus station just in front of the hotel,buses are every 30min,~4aed) And from metro you can go wherever you want.

Keep in mind it’s quite far from city center. And the water in shower was a bit too much hot.

Everything! From the moment of checkin till check out. Team was very friendly, professional. We were celebrating very special occasion and requested assistance from the hotel. They gave the best approach and made my family very happy! More over we got the room without any side neighbours on the right and left so rest was very good. Breakfast also was great-good selection of food, drinks and healthy sides. Cleanliness in the room-great!

Would be great to have one socket in the room with USB plug available.

Very neat, well maintained. The room is very comfortable, i especially like the air-conditioning as most places has an a/c that would be too loud and creates draft. the room generally has a very comforting feeling.

Room services wasn't that great. The order takes long to be prepared, and when i got it, the order was not correct, when i asked them to fix it, they said it will take 45 minutes, and i paid for the order twice. its the first time i hear of a hotdag that takes 45 minutes to be prepared
