The receprion staff was very welcoming and tried to do their best to meet our needs ( we asked for a quiet room). The first night the next door guests unfortunately were very lound, so we talked to a nice receptionist, Shital, and she was so kind and the next morning she had us move to a nice, quiet room, on the corner.. Thank you dear Shital, was a pleasure meeting you! Our stay was very pleasant and everyone was very kind. The cleaning staff also very kind, respectful and very prompt. Breakfast is nice, fresh, wirh good options, but breakfast area is limited. There is such a big space outdoor which is not utilised due to being too sunny...wish they would just put some shades....would be such a small investment and ppl could enjoy having their bfast on the terrace!

Very small things i would mention: the bathroom is very small. When we stayed there was an add with 20 off on all food and drinks. We ordered and when the room service came they informed us the offer is only for eating in the restaurant. So best maybe to put full info as it was misleading. As mentioned above, the terrace area should have some shades so ppl can have bfast outside. But all these are just minor fixings. We do recommend this hotel as we had a great stay.

The hotel was fine and I would not mind staying there again. Costa was a blessing on-site.

Asked for a quiet room, preferably on a high floor. What I got was room number on the first floor right above the bar area. Hahaha. Saturday morning was woken up with loud drilling sound from above. On a Saturday morning!! Finally, I asked to extend my stay by another 5 days, perhaps even longer because my work had not finished. Went back on Bookings.com and was offered a rate more than AED 100 per day more than I paid for this booking. I spoke to reception about it but they could not do anything, so I moved to an adjoining four star hotel. This whole booking system is very irritating and untrustworthy. If one checks five times per day, one get five different rates. Very annoying indeed. It’s all about money now. Loyalty and customer care no longer exists.

The location was easily approached by the car. Hotel was super clean - our room was cleaned to perfection, especially the bathroom. Plenty of safe parking spaces. Breakfast choice was excellent, and I liked the little variety that was updated daily. The on-site bar/ restaurant was also great for drinks and lunch, with 20% off for hotel guests. Excellent value for the price.

Even though we had a non-smoking room, the odour was constantly lingering in the air. The AC in the room was not working properly and the room would get quite cold, especially during night. Bed was comfortable but pillows were super thick and stiff.

This hotel is a great place for staying! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean,the cleaning staff were delightful and always eager to help. The location is a bit out of the way from the centre of Dubai, but the metro station is only about 300 metres from the hotel, very convenient. By the way, if you arrive at Al Maktoum International airport it's pretty close from there. The hotel cafe has a variety of breakfast options, each breakfast was delicious and nourishing, fresh fruit and vegetables, bacon and eggs, yoghurt, cheese, oriental food and pastry. The nearest supermarket is about 100 metres. Thank you! Will recommend to my friends)

A little bit noisy because of the highway outside.

Premier Inn - I warmly recommend it for those who want a cheap stay in Dubai. Located very close to the metro line - red line - which will take you to the center. Shops and restaurants nearby. The staff at the reception and in the hotel are very professional and with a smile on their faces. Normal sized rooms. The matrimonial room, the bed is a bit small, I think 1.40 wide by 2, instead the twin room is ok - 2 beds 1/2 m wide. Daily cleaning, towels changed daily. Restaurant and Pub on the premises. Small rooftop pool, but ok . Sufficient free parking for cars. I recommend Premier inn.

We had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Dubai Investments Park. The room we were given was great with two additional sofa beds as we had two kids. The location was very near to metro station so commuting to various attraction was very easy, of Couse taxi was always available at the door if needed. The breakfast was awesome with a great spread. The staff was also very friendly and accommodative. My stay at Premier Inn Dubai Investments Park made my holidays memorable. I will definitely recommend Premier Inn Dubai Investments Park to my friends and relatives.

The Hotel and Staff are always great, and I stay their often ...and I also take this opportunity to say that the Booking.com reward system "Genius", in my experience, is the worst in the world- no help whatsoever after accumulating many points etc etc. Clearly, giving direct feedback to Booking.com is meaningless- after annual attempts. Good value for money. Easy check-in and check-out. Friendly staff and receptionists. Ample parking space. Love the option for a sofa bed in the room. Breakfast spread was nice - enough to fill our tummy for the day.

The location is a bit far from the city center but it was not an issue for us since we drove our own car. The shower was in a bath tub and the tub was a bit deep. It was a hassle climbing in and out of the tub and it can get dangerously slippery when the tub and floor are wet. I don't recommend for elderlies or those with knee problems.

The hotel is very well organized from a spatial standpoint and from the colours standpoint. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The coffee the hotrl provides is of a very good quality, and they even give real whole milk to go along with it. It is fairly large without being loud - in fact it is pleasantly quiet, due to its layout. Staff is VERY helpful, REALLY tries its utmost to accommodate guests' needs and the hotrl Admin clearly takes the same approach. The level of care they give each guest is five star, actually
