This is not my first visit and for sure won't be the last , everything and everyone was super excellent, all the staff are soo kind especially Mr.Majed the Valet and Mr.Azizbek and soo many other I couldn't remember thier names but I remember them in my heart for sure , I promised my self each time I visit Dubai this resort will be my first and last choice, I suggest to everyone who doesn't visited this great resort to try and feel what im saying now , thanks JA resort

Nothing to write about , each single detail was super perfect

The staff was excellent. Very attentive. The jazz singer young lady was very talented. The buffet is small and tasty but limited. The Italian restaurant was very beautiful. The food was very high end and the view was great. The hotel has a character as it is not very new.

Breakfast was advertised as ‘very good breakfast included’ while booking. It was an ordinary breakfast you can find in any 4 star hotel. Quite limited. They did mot have jam but marmalade also no feta cheese. The Evening Buffet dinner did not even include water or soft drinks which I think makes it quite expensive. In a facility so far away from the city there should be fun activities at night to entertain the guests. It was a boring atmosphere. The pools were nice but so crowded- the water was not clear, looked very oily and dirty for the whole week like it was never cleaned. An adult pool would be great

JA Beach Hotel where we stayed is the oldest Hotel constructed and the rooms were nice but small, however there is other properties like JA Lake view and JA Tree Court which has better construction and mostly better. However, JA Beach is equally well maintained, good staff and clean.

most of the rooms have a door / passage to next room due to which privacy was reduced. So we requested and changed the room so that we have our privacy and is not disturbed with next room noises.

Good variety of activities and cleanliness. Soul beach was a blast.

1. For 5 start resort, many of the activities closed too early. 2. The sound insulation between rooms are poor. We could hear our neighbours 3. We paid for half board but were told that several of the restaurants were not included on the half board offer. I formation that was not shared at point of booking.

Breakfast was very good. Food was fresh, tasty and options were plenty.

love the wide selection of facilities always available at JA the resort! location is prime on the Seafront in an oasis of green! Sette and White Orchid are superb restaurants and never fail to impress! this is our 5th stay at the hotel and we cant wait to go back!

issue with check in where we didn't get our room til 5pm on the day of check in and when we asked for late check out we were initially told it would be dependent on availability - this was unacceptable as we had a 3yo. however as soon as i raised this point to a different member of staff it was agreed a late check out immediately. at the pool area there are no staff members serving food or drink you must queue up at the bar and quite often the service is exceptionally slow.

I loved the customer service and how everyone across all 3 resorts are friendly, helpful and polite. A special thanks to McOliver from reception he is lovely, well prepared, helpful. He helped us with the check in and check out made it smooth smiling all time and friendly. I liked the multiple pools, the long area to walk on the beach and outside. Adult pool was quiet and nice. Sand bar is cool.

Rooms are not really soundproof you can hear from the room above or if someone a bit more loud on the corridor walks. The breakfast can be improved and bring more variety. This is personal preference, I would prefer a coffee machine in the room not instant coffee.

comfortable and the facilities great. excellent Gem with squash and badminton. wonderful breakfast.

little bit far from most Dubai attractions and metro. if you have a car that will be ok otherwise it will be very expensive to move to city center. No saunas or Jakuzzi

Breakfast was good and varied. Location far out of city but there are many activities in the hotel to be done. Good beach though there was weed every where.

The buffet dinner, had good variety but the the food was cold and the refill took more time than expected.

- Pillows could've been more comfortable - More amenities could be provided in the bathrooms - Room only overlooked the parking instead of the pools or beach
