The view and comfort quality of the suite

We ordered some items like brushes and all it took them 1 hr to bring it probably bcz of the lunch cooking hours but they should have given a heads up... Others than that theybwere very welcomig

The women staff especially like Dina who don't even acknowledge you if you are standing right infront of them. And another woman staff who was rude to her colleague while I was stood there when he asked her to check me out. She told him to shut his mouth in her language.

room was not ok in the first stage, but Mr. Saif who is very kind and understanding person has changed the room for us and was really good. appreciate his support. breakfast was good. location is good as well.

at the evening, I came back to the hotel but I forgot my hand bag in my car, so I have requested the room service to get it for me from the valet, very nicely they accepted my request and they brought it to the room. after 15 minutes I want down to have a walk. someone from the room service, get in the room and open the same bag they brought to me ( I am sure) and to cover the action they closed the curtain and rearranged the sheet on the bad to give me the feeling that they came in to clean the room but it is not some empty bottles and other things they did not throw. if for security or safty reason they might ask me to open and it for them or they can check it by the scan. anyhow, I have nothing to worry but just to let you know that I knew what happen.

need to echance housekeeping and do training for housekeeping staff to be not late for room cleaing also once we call housekeeping by phone donot reply there is time for houekeepin only in morning and afternoon .

Location and cleanliness

Dinner at the restaurant and the pool area was very dull and no entertainment ie music and not much lighting in the evening

Hotel is clean and lobby smells very good. Staff were very kind, responisve and they gave answers to our questions. Hotel is right next to metro station Emirates tower. In general location is very good. Rooftop pool is included in price and is very nice. Our room was tidy, clean, all mentioned items were there. We had iron, shower things, towels, slippers, water, coffee, tea. You can ask for room service without additional price and they remake the room just perfect. We also chose breakfast. Very delicious, wide offer, that also changed a little bit day by day and you can also try some traditiona food. Also staff in the kitchen was very nice and welcoming. Yes, there were moments when we needed to wait for the elevator a little bit but it wasnt longer than 5minutes so I do not see it as an issue. Also there is possibility to leave your luggage for free while you wait for check in or check out. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and definitely reccomend!

The water in the shower was warm not hot The elevator is busy in the morning hours

Property walking distance from the Emirate Towers metro station and the Future Museum which is big plus! The staff is also nice. The rooms which have the City View are the best! You can see Future Museum and Burj Khalifa if you come close to the windows of the room. You can see sunrise and sunset!

Everything is good except the breakfast placement. It is on 5th Floor and while we were staying the hotel was fully booked that is why we was waiting for the elevators and it was a little bit hard to find a good spot to put your breakfast plates on and enjoy it. But, if we would wake up a little bit earlier I think it would be better for sure. After around 08:30 it was beginning to become crowded.

I don't think any hotel could have a better location at such a low price. Everything was within a 100m radius. The metro was right next to the building, so there was no need to take a taxi for every trip. All the famous fast-food chains, grocery stores, and pharmacies were nearby. You name it, and it was likely to be found just around the hotel.The breakfast was delicious and the room was surprisingly spacious.The view from the room was extremely breathtaking.
