Great location, connected to gate avenue mall and a walking distance to the best restaurants in Difc .. - the staff were friendly and very accommodating when I asked for female to deliver my food . - they immediately replaced the coffee machine as soon as I asked for a nespresso machine - it's nearby alot of attractions such as dubai mall and the airport which is key

I had to request for the room to be cleaned several times, if you don't ask it doesn't get cleaned for some reason .. As I leave the room around 9 am I expected when I get there by around 3 pm for it be cleaned but this never happens unless I call and ask ..

The hotel is a bit worn out, it needs refurbishing.

Great location. spacious room and bathroom. clean and good service. The staff were well informed and helpful. Loved the well equipped spacious gym. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The noises from the corridor of the room and doors banging in the near by rooms. Amenities of the bathroom could be better like Loofa and toilette paper used.

the personalized welcome for regular guests, which might be explained that the hotel runs mainly on week days for business travelers, this not justified

I want to thank all the great staff members at the hotels for their friendly and caring welcoming and support as they made me feel at home away from home. A big special thank you to Mary Kay who took care of me all the way ever since I landed in the reception area to check-in. A special thank you to Gina from the Dine-in team who was there as a friend and did her best to prepare a special meal for me when I got sick, a special thanks to Tamaryn from Spa team for her healing hands when she helped me sooth my bloated feet and to Nikhil at the Spa reception who pampered me at hello. Finally a great cheer-up for Sabastine who arranged my perfect exit and drop-off to the airport and to Simone who was there at every entry and exit to the hotel.. this hotel has a perfect location, mood, vibe and restaurants; and I highly recommend it. PS: Forgot to tell you that they have a great gym if you care about your fitness as much as I do to mine!

The great asset of this hotel is its staff. I travel a lot around the world, and I've rarely seen so good people working in a hotel, where everyone - regardless of their position - is friendly, attentive, highly professional, always genuinely eager to please, walk the extra mile with a great smile.

The room is basic nothing to write home about. A bit overpriced for what it is. There is a remote to open / close the shades. Nowhere it is explained where to find it and how to use it.

The restaurants and cafes they are not only luxury and lovely the tast of the food is amazing the personal of the Hotel are all exceptional first the dynamic reception particularly Mr Charbel, Mr Brendep and Saif the room service staff are extremely out standing specially Mrs Jenna finally the room facility and size out-stand By large other hotels specially for crippled guests I will defiantly come back again to The Ritz Carlton Hotel 😍😍😍

My interaction with an employee Zian was the best experience of this stay his service, passion to deliver great service left a a noteworthy experience. Sincerity in his work was an eye opening experience each time he helped us was with ease his efforts were service 10/10 or even much much more. He outshined and an great asset to this hotel. Sure we will be back for the experience and a feel of being at home. Note: to Zian please, Sir May you always exceed expectation of every single customer you serve in this hotel as you have exceeded mine and my family!!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I didn't get round to using the facilities, even though I did take a little tour of them. The room I had was fantastic. All the resources worked perfectly. The bath and shower were exceptionally designed and comfortable.

I think I liked everything I experienced, including the staff, especially the concierge.

The staff, especially a wonderful man called Sebastian. He was so helpful and so professional

1- The rooms are not well sound-proofed. 2- I could hear all the doors of the adjacent rooms opening and closing in the corridor.. I needed to sleep with ear plugs for all the nights I was there. 3- The blinds are not full blackout blinds especially the ones in the bathroom.
