The hotel is truly amazing with big rooms and everything a five-star can offer. Staff is truly helpful, direct access to the museum of future (you need to buy ticket separately) and has lots of restaurants and a bar on 51st floor. Walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Califa (cca 25 min - 2.2km). The beds are super comfortable

Beach access is on Palm Jumeirah hotel, which is quite far (30 minute by taxi) and although its complimentary transport is on your own.. Pool is very small

Excellent service, welcoming staff, spacious rooms, breathtaking views from upper floor rooms. Rooms have both bath and shower - a plus for tub lovers yet works for daily shower routine. Comfy beds, daily changed higj thread sheets. Breakfast very good esp having asian, indian hot meal options. Tip: go early before the crowds come and it's too busy. Indeed a great option for vacation with kids, esp the extras in the package - access to the beach. Be ready to rely on dubai city taxi for going to the beach - service great, prices ok, better than apps, they take cards. Tip: when you arrive if you take metro just go to the left on the gallery, then before museum take a right. It is the only way to get to hotel lobby be foot.

If you chose this option, because of direct access to Museum of the Future, just notice it does not mean complimentary ◇ I did◇, just that it's connected through a gallery. Regular tickets (169 d) are sold out months before. Be ready to pay double pr ticket via concierge services, but still better than premium version at the hotel. Complimentary service to Wild Wadi waterpark is given once per stay. It was under maintenamce and only 5 rides of the 25 available- no speed watersliding basically. Access to the beach on the palm worked nicely, but be ready to gp back and forth by taxi. No free shuttle service to the complimentary destinations nor airport.

the services offered were honestly a bit misleading (such as direct entrance to the museum, or direct entrance to Wadi Waterpark). Not only it was unclear if it was free or not, but also there was no direct access (meaning entering direct, with no booking, or simply having a preferential line to skip queues etc). So, I booked this beautiful hotel counting on these benefits. And was quite deceived. My suggestion is to improve this aspect of the communication to your clients.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the E-butler service was absolutely amazing. You can simply send on whats app what you need and get an immediate response !! The executive lounge was exceptional with great staff. The staff there were really helpful to the point of playing and caring of my toddler while I enjoyed my meal or coffee. The suite was also extremely clean with multiple daily visits from housekeeping when we went out. I can really say that this is one of the best hotels I have been to.

On one night during the weekend you might hear loud music.

I don’t no who to blame as i booked through booking.com and they told us that we have complementary access to the beach and wild waldi which I thought it mean’s free access to either but when I went to the concierge to book to go to wild wadi they denied us free access which was very disappointing as my son who is 7 was looking forward to go as we planned but we were given free access to beach again disappointed because it was 30 minutes drive

The location was very convenient, elegant business crowd, and connected to a mall that had a Health Restaurant and a Starbucks. The room was very big and the bed very comfortable. it was very convenient for visiting the museum of the future. It had coffee and tea, making facilities in the room. The view was great, and it was close to the Dubai exhibition center. The staff was polite.

my room was non-smoking room, but it smelt of cigarettes. also the Carpet, furnishing and sofa were a bit tired. The pool was a good temperature and the lifeguards were friendly, but it was a bit worn out and needs to be refurbished. 

staff were very friendly and helpful, loved the pool area and the food in the bar near the top floor was incredible. easy location to get to the metro for people wanting to explore the city without having to drive, gym onsite is adequate but you can also use the gym and spa in the shopping centre connected to the hotel. felt very relaxed even in the busy city.

concierge didn’t open early enough for guests who wanted to use the sister hotels beach in the mornings as you need a ticket for that day. they also stated they opened at a certain time and no one turned up so I had to ask the lady at the desk for a ticket who I’d already spoken to 40 minutes earlier… she could of just got me the ticket in the first place.

had not a pleasant experience with only 1 thing, and it’s made be not directly the property but the driver of the Lexus which the hotel organised for me. He was pretending that he doesn’t know English and when I tried to pay by card (since that’s what I confirmed when transportation desk manager asked me) driver told me he accepts only cash, and luckily I had one last banknote. What if I didnt? but of course driver didnt have a change. And when I said that I know he is lying but I’m in a hurry, he just smiled and said “thank you very much”. Just not pleasant when you are being lied straight to your face by the driver organised by a good hotel.

Dubai never disappoints. Break Fast was excellent.

The air-conditioning was not up to mark. upon complaining it was rectified but still the cooling was not good enough. We were still sweating.
