My recent stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Dubai Media City was fantastic. The receptionist, Miss Zhanna, was exceptionally welcoming and made me feel right at home. She provided valuable recommendations and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks in part to Miss Zhanna's hospitality. I look forward to returning in the future.

Breakfast (we loved the fresh fruits and fresh handmade omlette-) best start in the day ! Staff very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Kanchana for all help with booking prior to the trip incl. pickup from the airport at night. Thanks to Mirza and Saha for their help and hospitality and to all of the hotel team. Our room was nice and clean. We booked pickup service prior from the airport to the hotel. Best thing we did ! We arrived well after midnight. Dubai DBX airport is huge and busy. Pickup was so perfectly arranged (no need to book any between hotel for the first night near the airport). When we left hotel for the airport again, we just took regular taxi. Even from distant Marina area it cost app. 90 AED and you will get dropped off right in front the departure terminal :-) As special Christmas gift trip with my little daughter, Dubai was very safe and getting around by Metro is super easy. Regular taxi is another affordable way to get around quick. The beautiful Marina spot is a must see with its spectacular skycraper and beautiful scenery, boats and yachts. Great walking spot with lost of restaurants and shops. Especially spectacular by night ! The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall we went by Metro- a must see is the Burj with tickets booked in advance: AT THE TOP-SKY will get you VIP treatment and to the unique 146th floor. Well worth the extra cost. The area of the hotel is good area and safe. Peace of mind when travelling with children. We want to come back again !

Hello Radisson Blu Media City team, your breakfast buffet is a highlight, so rich, fresh and delicious ! The most important meal of the day and nothing you want to miss ! Closing time 10:30am. While it seems well enough time- it was a true challenge the first 3 days being on time for breakfast and still struggeling with time adjustment. For us, Dubai is 3 hours ahead in time. Thus it was quite stressfull to the stomach being on time and before the super delicious breakfast buffet was closed for the day. 11:30 would have made a big difference, at least for us. The only thing perhaps to be improved (?)

Incredible attention from all staff... I have to admit I was a bit "painful", as my luggage did not arrive with me in the flight, so I had the concierge and all staff caring about the issue, calling the Lost&Found at the airport, etc... They were super patient, kind and helpful. Very good valet service. On departure date, our flight was departing after midnight, and they offered us the chance to go and take a shower at the gym facilities before leaving (as we had made the check out in the morning already). That was really great!

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The lobby had a table with complementary dates, cookies, candies, water and a special tea/coffee which were all tasty. They were kind enough to store our bags both before check-in and after checkout. The even allowed us to return to the hotel to use the available facilities (pool, pool showers, etc) after our day of touring since our flight didn't depart until after midnight! Location was very convenient for us because we arrived from a cruise at the Port of Dubai. We purchased the hop on hop off bus tour, which stopped about 5 minute walk from the hotel, so we didn't need a taxi to get to the hotel. The hotel was also about a 5-10 minute walk to the metro line which took us straight to the airport and other sights!

We booked a larger executive room and it was very comfortable and generous in size with a nice bathroom. Housekeeping was very responsive. Well located to Jumeria beach area and Blue Waters precinct. The reception staff and concierge were a bit hit and miss...they tried but sometimes we didn't think the service was as good as it could be. The italian restaurant Certo is fantastic and definitely worth eating at.

The knowledge of both the reception and concierge staff of Dubai and its sites and tourist attractions could be improved but we still managed to have a great time.

The hotel management helped us to modify the reservation one day prior our stay. There was a concert nearby the hotel which was very noisy however, the hotel accommodated changing our room to a quieter area. Hotel was clean and breakfast was fresh. all staff were nice.

nothing to complain. However, I would recommend the hotel to introduce some Emirati cuisine items instead of limiting to English breakfast.

Everything was great.

The welcome at the property was warm and friendly. The options I received on choosing a room and having someone show me the 2 choices to help make my decision, a very good way of securing the customer for the next time. The clean environment. The clean room and extra space with the couch. The larger bathroom area. Nice. The separate shower from the bath. The room service.

It seems the pool area was not that welcoming and also small. The distance from the airport.
