Breakfast good, covered a continental menu, i got what i was confortable eating even from my home orign.

Location, swift check in/check out, quick room services, cleanliness, spacious.

Two things: 1 - One day at around 5 am, there was continuous banging on the windows. Apparently cleaning staff started early and the ropes were banging hard as if somebody was attempting to break in. This disturbed our sleep. Unfortunately, apart from apology, nothing else was done. The noise went on even after complaining thrice. 2 - A staff member once tried barging in our room without knocking/ringing the door bell. We had not requested any room service. Fortunately we had locked the chain otherwise the staff member would have invaded our room. On escalating it, all we received was an apology. One doesn't expect these bitter experiences at a hotel like Rose Rayhaan.

Location is excellent. Perfect to go from to any direction. Metro station is just 2 min by foot. Around the hotel are eateries, small supermarkets etc.

Ridiculously long waiting times for the elevators! I believe not all elevators were operating, but even if the hotel is not running on full capacity, most people will use the elevators at the same time (eg. during breakfast times) and sometimes we waited for 15-20 mins to get on to one. Can't just take the stairs if you are on a higher floor...

The view from the room was impressive. and the room size was spacious. The menu at breakfast was OK. The fitness center is equipped well. The room dining menu needs to be improved. The information desk, reception, restaurant, security, fitness center, and room service staff were all supportive and cooperative. Every Staff member was supportive and always ready to help. This is a perfect place if you are required to stay near DIFC.

The room dining menu needs to be improved. We need to have a valet parking option. Internet connection feels weak sometimes, which needs to be improved. but overall connectivity is available.

This was not the first stay, I believe it was the fifth time in this hotel. I had an unplanned business trip, what I remembered is that I did not think about another hotel, I went directly to the place where I used to find convenient service, my peace of mind, and within my expectations. Many thanks go to Mr. Hamid or Mohamed from Egypt and "excuse me if I did not mention the name correctly". He was very kind and detail oriented. He helped me assisted me to receive the room within an acceptable waiting time, considering my early arrival. Not to forget the room service person in charge who was very helpful and friendly when I had a claim about a tiny thing in the room, the case resolved in less than ten minutes, and the room was perfect the entire business trip. I had to print a couple of papers in urgent in the hotel business center. The response of the lady there was impressive. She had secured my request as immediately. I cannot talk much about this place, may some consider me exaggerating in mentioning the positive aspects, but, in fact, a successful management strives to create bond between the traveler and the place, making this place the first to come to traveler mind when booking a hotel.

Elevators take more than usual coming up or down, but it’s not a big deal.

Lovely welcoming staff, perfect location near the metro station and Dubai mall. The room was very spacious and cozy with comfortable furniture. Room amenities were very generous. Taxis are also available right at the hotel entrance.

Breakfast was very good, but needs more varieties and the possibility to add an omelette station instead of on order as it takes some time to receive the order. Also, it will be better to install a ramp at the hotel entrance to have easier access for baby strollers and people using wheel chairs.
