The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were well equipped for our stay. Buffet breakfast had everything from fresh fruit, yogurts, cheeses, meats, breads etcetera

While the rooms/apartments were spacious and well equipped and clean they were a little dated and old fashioned. They did however serve their purpose

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the metro station, and there are many shops and supermarkets nearby that are open 24 hours.  All the staff are very friendly and helpful, from reception to room service. They always greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed. Special thanks to Preeti at reception, Noor from room service and really  thanks to everyone (I don't know all the names).  The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, which were clean and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Dubai.

Nice location and the price and the breakfast

It wasn’t perfectly clean in a room. it was alright just not perfect. and I didn’t like the smell inside the room. and the staff at the reception area wasn’t really nice, not all the staff, there was a girl with her face always unsatisfied made me feel I was doing smth wrong 😅

The location of the property is good because it’s near to the metro. Also the appearance of the exterior of the hotel looks modern along with the lobby & the pranzo restaurant on the ground floor. I also appreciate that in the room there was a double door system in the front entry part of the room therefore when you close both doors at night it’s perfectly quiet so you can sleep in peace without any noise from the hallway. The hotel also has a gym, a gaming area and the pool. Although those amenity areas have a quite dated appearance but I still enjoyed playing ping pong in the gaming area and working out in the gym. The staff while checking in and out were also friendly and willing to help with whatever I needed. Great value for money hotel.

The moment you leave the lobby area to go up to your room you can tell the appearance is the polar opposite to the lobby area. The rooms are clearly very dated. Also while entering my room I wanted to turn on the ac and it wasn’t even turning on. As it is when you check in you just want to relax but I had to call the maintenance team to fix it. They told me at first it could take 2 hours to fix but then when I showed annoyance they went down to 1 hour… Also the gym and gaming area is also quite old looking. It seems they only cared to make the entrance of the hotel good looking and they neglected the rest.

Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful especially Mahmoud he gave amazing room Room spacious and well equipped swimming pool was heated with the proper temperature food was deciduous and there are a lot varieties Parking is free and spacious

my only comment is that furniture is a bit old bed mattress is bit loose Curtains are not fully dark; thus leaking light in the morning I think adding microwave will be a great addition to the kitchen

This is not the first time I have stayed in this hotel, and my vacation is always at the highest level thanks to the hotel staff! Thank you very much to the reception, which responds quickly. Very nice, smiling, friendly staff at the reception. This time I stayed in an apartment with a view of the pool! The rooms at the hotel deserve a separate article, the rooms are clean, bed linen and towels are always clean and of good quality. Most importantly, there are no bad smells in the room! Always clean high quality ( special thanks to these people Vishnu and Tajammal ). Bathrobe, Slippers are always in the room. Thank you to All the hotel staff for such a good stay!!

Perfect location, close to the main places to see. Nice breakfast, huge room.

It feels that the furbishing is not the latest and has seen many guest. In the near future it might need a touch up.

Everything, starting from the first second I enter the hotel till my check out. Ebraheem from the reception such an amazing & so much helpful man, Stephen the bell boy helped me with a real smile on the face, also night shift Mahmoud & Sherif very nice gentlmen, overall everyone from the reception staff is smiling & so much helpful. Housekeeping where I stayed on the 6th floor are very organised and clean.

I think it is now a good time to renovate some furniture in rooms specially sofas & carpets.

Location was close to everything and no traffic. Everything is available 24 hours in terms of restaurants, grocery stores, hairsalons and pharmacy walking distance. Wissam and Preeti gave us an amazing service! Wissam at the coffee shop k ew from day 1 what we liked and Preeti at reception knew everything and was helpful.

We didn't get the 2 twin beds we requested. We got charged 150aed a day for an extra bed which should have been given for free.
