The check in took abit longer than expected , there is no cutlery in the room. Overcrowded foe breakfast time you have to wait in line. The breakfast time finished at 11 but at 10.30 they already cleaning the place so you have to watch your time.

Wonderful staff. Every single worker is good and efficient. This means the management is very good. Special thanks to Oumar from management. Duncan and the concierge staff Hatem and Julia for very efficient check in. 🙂 And not to forget the room was very clean !! Thanks to the housekeeping. Irene, Ahmed and Nuwan.

A pleasant experience with a good service. The view was amazing. Metro is within a few minutes of walk. Furniture is good. A lot of space. Fridge. Bed. Taxi nearby. 24-hour shop and pharmacy inside. 15-minutes drive to JBR beach. Kudos for room attendants Raju, Bikram and room supervisor Amih.

Despite the room was rent for 3 people, we were always provided with everything for 2 (e.g., towels, glasses, blankets). However, each time after calling the reception we were receiving everything we needed within 15 minutes.

Location is pretty good and the room sizes are very good. The view from the top floors are amazing and the staff is quiet respectful.

The elevator takes too long, if you go for breakfast it will be a while to get an elevator and most importantly, there is no room to sit during breakfast (most of the time), the spread is good, but the staff looked tired and overworked so they don't show up with a smile. On check out, I was asked by two staffs (and almost compelled) to put their name on my review... they should avoid doing that!

Valet parking takes long time

The room is perfect Skyline view perfect Staff more than friendly especially Ms. Irene and Mr. Ahmed.

The suite was spacious with a big living room and cleaned rooms. The hotel staff was very polite and at our service with any questions we had, they took our luggage directly to our suite which was very nice. The hotel had a free bus journey from the hotel to the Jumeirah Beach and back. We enjoyed this very much.

The WiFi was not so bad, but it can be improved, the speed was not very fast. The bathrooms were big, but the leaked water that drains outside the bathtub goes directly to the floor, and you end up in a mini-pool with nothing to clean it, but it was cleaned by the hotel staff every day. We received slippers only in the last day of our one week stay, which was kind of strange.

Grand Apartments perfect for families. Everything was great from room size to bathrooms to living area to Terrace. we stayed in 2 bedroom appt and it was perfect for our family. there is a social cafe in the lobby area which is open 24 hours and the most amazing thing about it is was it has Starbucks coffee 😃. Also there is a utility store inside the property which is open 22 hours and it has almost all u can need. there is a zoom store and another big store right outside the property. also there is Burger King and few more eateries at walking distance, barely 5-7 mins away. And it’s right next to metro station just in case you would like to use metro.

The only thing missing was a kitchenette. would be great if there would be a sink and some basic crockery.

Without any doubt the culture of service in the hotel and Dubai in general is at another level for sure ! I was very pleased by the hotel and the view* (changing according the hour like in a TV Show) *I had a view on Sheik Zayed Road from the 29 floor

The location, just next to the metro. It was clean. Beautiful rooms and views.

Same options for breakfast for 1 week. Just to have a fork and spoon I had deposit 50 Dirham.
