The property is situated in a convenient location, and the hotel staff provided excellent service. We were a large group staying in two separate apartments. Upon arrival, we noticed that the apartments were not as clean as we had anticipated, and the sofa bed was not working properly. After raising our concerns at the reception, the staff listened attentively and promptly resolved the issues. We were extremely pleased with how they handled everything.

The parking garage is too small. We had a big SUV car and it was too small for it. The corners are tight and the individual parking spaces are not enough for big cars. The hotel management helped us reserve a bigger parking space which is outside of the hotel building. I would recommend you to contact the hotel and reserve a bigger parking space if you are driving a big car

This hotel is amazing, especially because of the staff. I have tried many hotels in Tecom and surrounding and hands down this one is the best. I have to especially point out Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Adharsh who will really go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. They are simply amazing. As for the hotel itself, the studios are very nice with a lot of sunlight due to the large windows and very clean compared to other hotels in the area. There are a few supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The location is good to explore Dubai. Easy access to Sheik Zayed Road and within a few minutes, JBR or MoE can be reached. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The apartments are very spacious. Pritam gave us a great room with lots of sunlight and view on the 15th floor. I wanted a firmer bed and Jai Sankar helped me with it. We also wanted some extra utensils and he provided. We wanted to check out late because of our next stay having a very late check in, Rafiq helped me with it. Jeline and Allissa helped us book a day at the Soluna beach. Overall this hotel was very accommodating to our requests.

The TV was set too low and low quality. It didn't have a power outlet nearby to be able to plug in our firestick. The wifi makes you sign in every time you disconnect. And get very slow at times. The included breakfast is not very healthy for you as the healthiest thing you can find is eggs and salad. But they come with processed meat like sausages, bacon and no replacements. Juice provided is canned as well.

We loved our stay at Grand Heights. We stayed here for over 2 weeks and it was very comfortable, very clean and cozy. Tasteful colors and furniture, great equipped kitchenette, the area is perfect to walk in the evenings, get your groceries, have a meal and only a short walk to the metro and short ride further into the city center. Thank you so much to Rafiq, Alissa, Eric, Augustine, John and the whole team specially Sudip our house keeping who was extremely good at his job, and had great manners. They also have their own Risen Cafe which has amazing food and coffee. We will stay here again. Thank you for the great hospitality.

The staff were very nice ! We arrived very early due to a long night flight, didn't sleep for the past 24 hours but the staff did their best to allow us early check-in and they even upgraded our apartment to a much bigger one for free ! During our stay someone hit our car in the parking lot, the staff spent hours to look on the CCTV recordings to find out the culprit and help us ! The apartment is really neat and spacious and the bed is very comfortable ! We enjoyed our stay a lot. The cafe at the lobby (Risen) is also very nice , you get a discount there, we enjoyed it, and you can also go to Soluna beach club for free !

We really appreciated that the property had a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary supplies, along with the convenience of having a washer and fridge. What made our stay even better was the exceptional service provided by Hiralal Pravash from housekeeping, who went above and beyond by also cleaning the dishes. It truly enhanced our experience!

We noticed a few areas for improvement during our stay. The property could benefit from having an iron and ironing board available for guests. Additionally, a faster Wi-Fi connection and a more modern television set would enhance the overall experience. One issue we encountered was on a Saturday while lounging at the pool, when we were asked to move because gym equipment was being relocated. We highly suggest scheduling such activities during off-peak hours when guests aren’t using the pool or gym areas, to avoid disrupting their stay.

A truly wonderful location considering the cost. During our week-long stay, Jeline, Augutine, and Rushmika in particular provided us with exceptional hospitality. The staff was incredibly nice. In addition to being incredibly helpful with moving luggage and promptly attending to any questions or concerns, they also always have a pleasant smile on their faces. The closest bus stop is five minutes away, while the closest metro station is ten minutes' walk away. There are always taxis available. Should you require any supplies, there are stores in the vicinity. Travelling to and from the hotel is not too difficult because it is located just in the middle of the metro line. The housekeeping crew was excellent as well. They performed an excellent job changing the bed linens and towels and keeping the room immaculate. All things considered, considering the price, it's a reasonably priced location with all the amenities you might require or not. Haha! With ease, I can suggest this one.
