Very central location (about 5-7 minutes walking to the metro through the overhead bridge + bus station right outside the hotel). A supermarket and a couple cafes/restaurants nearby (less than 5 minutes walking distance). The room was spacious, clean, with a lot of sunlight and a small kitchen (fridge, sink, a small stove). Housekeeping team did a great job every day. The pool area was a little small yet very comfortable to swim with kids. The staff in all hotel parts was very helpful and nice. Special thanks to Supun who went out of his way to find us a baby stroller.

The only big problem was with loud neighbours who got drunk and were screaming for 2 nights in a row in the room right next to ours at 2-3AM. The rooms have a possibility to be merged so the wall behind the bed was thin and loud noises from the other bedroom could be heard. However, reception staff was very helpful and would respond to our complaints immediately. Minor inconveniences: No microwave in kitchen. Dental kits and bath ropes have to be requested.

The stay was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the service was top-notch. The location is very convenient as it is very close to downtown, Burj Khalifa, and the Business Bay metro station. More importantly, the price was very affordable considering its location. We had a great view of Burj Khalifa from our hotel room. Would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near the city center.

very convenient location, absolutely fantastic staff - both attentive and kind, but not in your face. Can’t fault the approach of all staff at the hotel. I also arrived earlier and got a room, good few hours before check-in opens. Plus they must have upgraded their WiFi, as there was a router in my room, which made work on some days super easy - video calls on teams worked very well.

taxis would almost always drop off at the back of the hotel if following Google maps, or it’s a bit difficult to get a taxi from the hotel, as it’s off the main road, but staff would always help with that. so not a big problem overall. Or get yourself a Careem app, I used it all the time with a UK bank card and it’s super helpful to have it while in Dubai.

We stayed 8 nights at the hotel,amazing kind and charming staff like no other who helped and assisted at any given moment,outstanding managment. We used the kitchnette in the room that looked at the direction of the Burj Kalifa. A huge supermarket two minutes from the hotel and a great Turkish restaurant next to it. The hotel is located between two metro stations,allows for easy movement along the roads in Dubai,we purchased a nol card and charged it whenever we wanted. The choice of the hotel for us was excellent.We will return to the same place one more time. tip: I chose a hotel that gives a family feeling. Thanks to the all team in VillaRotana !!!!!

We had a little problem in the bathroom but it was fixed immediately

Good afternoon, I really liked the hotel, the accommodation is perfect. 2 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, one metro stop to Dubai Mall. The rooms are clean , the pool with a view of the Burj Khalifa tower ( but unfortunately was closed for repairs ) . But we were taken free of charge by taxi from the hotel to another hotel to swim in the pool), for special thanks to the staff for providing an extra bed for a child (by the way, it is large and suitable for an adult). I will definitely stay at this hotel if I go to Dubai .

We had booked for 19 days. the staff was amazing. used their gym each day as they had full set gym with a pool on the roof which was great. we got pans and ate breakfast in our rooms and there is a store literally 2 min walk away with everything you need. we ubered to dubai mall which is 10 mins away many days and then down to palm island for the weekend. we ended up only staying 10 days which the hotel refunded the other 9. The value for what you got was great. Room cleaning each day when we were got. Great A/C. I'd stay here again

It's a bit run down as you've seen in other review. but not to the point of it deterring from staying. it's clean. bottom line if you're looking to impress someone there's better places. but if you're looking to get a great deal in a place that has all the utilities from small kitchen to gym to good location for moderately price and excellent service, this is a great choice!

The hotel is very clean and has all the required facilities. Rooms are big and comfortable, free fast unlimited Wifi everywhere in the hotel and in every room. The pool and Spa facilities are awesome. The hotel's location is very strategic with a walking distance from the metro station and 24 hours convenient stores. Breakfast was great with good variety. Alaa and Fares provided exceptionally excellent customer service at the front reception. Overall, I will definitely come back again

I liked the friendly and helpful staff. Always ready to answer any question and provide useful and helpful information. I particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms equipped with a sink, fridge and a little stove. The kitchenette also had basic cutlery, cups and glasses. I also liked the fact that the hotel was very close to the Business Bay train station. The pool and staff were amazing.

We asked for a non smoking room upon arrival but during our two last days we got a heavy smoke smell coming to our room. Not sure where from but we let it go as we were leaving in two days.

The staff were brilliant- helpful and not pushy

The only reason it isn’t a 10/10 was the morning buffet. Time keeping and efficiency needs to be better for people who need to be up and out quickly. If all is ready for the opening time of the buffet and coffee is immediately available at this time- then perfect.
