we liked the room, the staff in the restaurants, the service personal Kanishka and Harish were friendly, competent and fantastic:)! super delicious and wild range of meals, ( we had halfboard, worth it 100%)!and the desserts were just amazing. thank U guys🙏🏻

we had premium room w balcony and burj khalifa view on the 16th floor. balcony door / windows hadn’t close fine, terrible noise come up from the street between 3.30 and 5.00 am , taxi drivers toot for each other and to the people who came out from the xo club downstairs… so we could bearly sleep in the whole night/ morning:(((

Facilities I used at the hotel including business lounge were all really good. I thought the hotel was very clean. Staff really friendly. so my experience with this was great

The main issue which ruined my stay was the building works going on outside the hotel which was very noisy when using the pool and also when inside my room. The fact the building issue is not mentioned anywhere during the booking or on ur website is an issue. I came for a holiday to relax by the pool and this ruined some of my stay with you........

The location was close to downtown Dubai and staff were exceptional

What we did not know and hotel has not communicated, was that there was a huge contruction site behind the hotel (where our room was). The view on it was not a problem for me but the loud noises (also during the night they worked!) made it impossible for me (even with earplugs) to have a good night sleep. So in the end we were more tired than relaxed....A shame because it is really a nice hotel.

Staff were extremely helpful and welcome and special thanks to Mr. Shabaan for his exceptional support. Excellent room size, it fits extra bed and still it is spacious. Bathrooms are of excellent space, look and working condition. Car parking service is excellent. Location is wonderful.

The receptionists Ms. Felita was helpful and approachable (to avoid cancellation, I went to the hotel personally for payment, the week before my stay because my card was having an issue), and Ms. Joy (check in and check out) so kind, and all the time smiling that made me more comfortable talking with her. They both answered what i was asking in a very nice way. The ambiance at the lobby of the hotel was sophisticated with big blue christmas tree and snowmen. The room was clean and comfortable with a city view. The bed was soft and comfortable to sleep. Breakfast at the hotel was great. They have a separate area for kids' food, which boosts the kids' confidence. They also have a drink for the day , and we had a mango smoothie 😉 The gym was superb with free apple and water to the gym users.

We can smell the carpet dust. This might not have been vacuumed every day after checking out. The size of the pool can only accommodate less than 10 adult if they would really go for swimming. Otherwise, for relaxing at the pool side its great place.

When we arrived we were welcomed warmly. The check in process was easy, which after a long flight is important. Our room had a wonderful view of the Burj Kahalifa and waterway. The breakfast was fresh and prepared well. But it was the staff, particularly Fritz and Valerie who added a shine to our stay. We also enjoyed the lounge experience which was included in our room price...a lovely treat.

The lunch in the Larder Bistro was not great...just adequate. But a again the staff where very friendly.

Very nice Hotel, great service and very friendly staff. Unfortunateyl for the Hotel - at one site - without the view to the Burj - there is a big construction place which causes many noise day and night. BUT the entire staff do they utmost best to serve you to your full satisfaction. The outside Terasse with the view to the Burj and the water - canal is very beautiful and worth a stay - on this side you see the construction place less as you will find at the pool side or breakfast place if you like to sit outside. But as mentioned - everyone is more than thrilled to serve as best as possible. I never experienced such a great service.

Location good for Downtown Dubai although is in the middle of an area undergoing significant development. Building noise and cranes were hard to avoid. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection of foods. The balcony gave us a fantastic view of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown area. Unfortunately the sliding door to the balcony was heavy and did not have a good handle so it was difficult to fully close and lock. If you were outside with the door closed it was impossible to open from the outside.

Better balcony door Bar and food prices were expensive although not untypical for the area.
