Most of all the staff was super friendly - especially a man named "Bilal" in the cafe went above and beyond in friendly helpful service that made me love my stay there. The front desk staff were also nice and let me check in early when a room became available, the concierge and the rest of the cafe staff were helpful as was the hotel taxi driver. It was also nice having a spacious apartment vs just a small hotel room, great location just around 4 minutes walk from the business bay metro station and also bike rentals there.

Only thing that would have made it even better is if I could have gotten a room facing away from the freeway noise so if you are a light sleeper like me, would request that although it wasn't too bad and mostly covered by my ear plugs and the soft sound of the AC.

Loved the room, the gym and the swimming pool. The Wifi was great...this is something I was worried about (travelling for work) I stayed here for 6 weeks and the Wifi was fantastic. (5th floor)

The food in the restaurant could have been better. It was ok but not super fresh.

Breakfast is expensive, it's cheaper to buy things at the near supermarket and prepare your own. The swimming pool is on the roof of the parking house and the way there is not nice. It is advisable to order your tickets for different places on your own and not through the concierge, as this is more expensive. Also no need to book a taxi through booking.com, doing it independetly as we did on the way back is about half the price (We paid 98 through booking.com from the airport and 50 with an independent taxi on the way back.

The apartment is very large and very organized ( 3 bedrooms ), the staff is available for any question and request, the apartment was cleaned every day, the location is very central even though the taxi drivers didn't like it that much, three supermarkets are open under the hotel 24/7 and also a pharmacy, a very nice local restaurant at excellent prices near the supermarket, I highly recommend it

The balcony is large and beautiful, but the furniture that is a bit destroyed needs to be replaced, and maybe something more pampering and inviting for sitting on the balcony

the location is great, absolutely comfortable, near subway station. the beach is rather far, but the hotel organized a daily shuttle to the beach and to Dubai mall. the restaurant is working all day, even if you miss breakfast you can order nice one on your choice. food is delicious and fresh. My room was big and comfortable. there is a gym and a pool.

my room was just near technical room and I heard voices and other sounds of technical personnel. also I lived on 6 floor and the sound of the traffic on the roads was loud and bothering, I was sleeping in earplugs. maybe if the room on the higher floor, the sound is not loud. So require the higher floor if you are sensitive to sounds like me, as this hotel has 43 floors.

Always a pleasure and comfort to stay at City premier. Any visit to Dubai this hotel is our only preferred for family. Comfort is good, location is perfect and facilities are good. Have stayed here numerous times. And will stay again if visit Dubai.

Location is very good ! right next to business bay metro station ! 3 supermarkets 1 pharmacy ! 5 min away frm dubai mall easy access to all location

The hotel was very conveniently located. About a 3-minute walk to the Business Bay Metro Station, which in itself was one stop away from the Burj Khalifa and approx 20 mins from the airport. We had a good view from our windows out across the city residential area. But views of the city itself were obstructed by close by high rise, but that is OK, it was expected. The hotel is an older hotel with the decor somewhat older. But we had no problems, especially considering that the pricing was very reasonable. Yes, I do recommend the hotel and will be returning on our homeward leg and will happily stay there again.

Not the Hotels fault, but disappointed that the trains dont start running till after 6am.. We had to be at the airport before 6am and so had to catch a taxi. Sort of partially defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in that location.

Staff are very accommodating and good at their job.

The toilet bowl are old and not properly working. I believe the flush is veru slow. sofa & chair are a bit old also.

Friendly reception and staff.

A bit difficult to walk there from Dubai Mall, but they have a shuttle bus.
