The Antrobus Hotel is a lovely old building and the private garden was an unexpected bonus, very relaxing and you wouldn’t know you were in the middle of a busy little town. The staff were all helpful and friendly, the linen all spotless and the breakfast really excellent. I would certainly stay there again.

The building was a bit shabby and in need of some work and redecoration but I guess we all know how the hospitality industry was hit by lockdown. It was a shame but wouldn’t put me off a return vist.

Angela and her staff make their guests feel extremely special,as a single female guest they made my stay incredibly comfortable and it felt like home from home, they honestly can’t do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. The room was awesome, very spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t was to get out of it. I literally had a smile on my face from the time I got there till the time I left, truly wonderful, friendly place to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Can’t wait to return.

Second stay here after about 30years! Loved it first time and after many years overseas, found it as delightful as ever. The room was airy and decor restful. Comfortable and spotless. Could only stay one night and unfortunate ly unable to samp!e the Thai menu as my husband had a bout of vertigo with nausea so no restaurant for us. However, breakfast was very good ( he only had cereal 😕 ) in a light, with conservatory. We love the history and antiquity of the building.

Parking! A pay and display across the road wrongly printed the ticket although we had asked for overnight stay. But the charming and on so helpful receptionist came to our aid. We couldn't thank her enough.

Breakfast was very good and they didn’t hesitate to provide Soya milk when requested. Parking was over the road and was under £7 for 24 hrs. And location wise it was ideal for Stonehenge & Salisbury and checkin was easy & straightforward. The food in their restaurant was also delicious and well priced as were the drinks.

The hotel room we stayed in was a little tired looking and was a little dusty but over all was all we needed for our one night stay.

The property had modern features with a recent refurbishment and our room in particular was ‘The Beatles Suite’ where they stayed many years ago I found this a lovely snippet of history. The room was tidy and very spacious, saying there was a bar and restaurant downstairs we did not hear anything. Would definitely stay again

Only issue we had was trying to run hot water on a evening to have a bath but that was minimal and just waited until the morning

Our room was a great size, en suite bathroom. We were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony, with a view of the large garden with a excellent fountain in the centre. Lovely stair case. Excellent location. :)

I saw a member of staff once. No one at reception on our departure, we left our key in the black box near main door. A couple of things needed a quick repair, landing carpet need a wash/carpet cleaning due to water damage and it's musky smell.

Accomodation, staff & their Thai restaurant was wonderful. Parking was easy & inexpensive right opposite the hotel. They have a beautiful garden which we ate both breakfast & dinner, during the heatwave weekend

More variety at breakfast., More choice of fruit & yoghurt flavours would have been great. Would have loved to see Gluten free bread available too, The ashtrays in the garden when eating at breakfast were still full from the nigh before but apart from that, no complaints & will stay again. Location to Thruxton, to watch the BSB racing was ideal.

If you travel to see Stonehenge, that's the place to stay. We loved the Thai restaurant! The hotel doesn't have parking, but it is just opposite (you have to pay for it, though)

They seem to have a serious problem with staff shortage. There was only one person doing everything, from checking in/out to serving people in the bar and taking orders for breakfast. Sometimes you couldn't find anybody.

Location was perfect not hard to find at all, small little town to explore, lovely garden, and other customers make you feel welcomed, lovely dog on approach even though was not expecting to see any dogs and happy kids.

The sound of neighbours coming through the windows from town a little on the loud side but was able to sleep through after the settle down around 1am,no bath in family room was expecting a bath able to wash small children without the pressure of a shower o them, prices of drinks quite expensive didn't try food so can not quote on that's, spiderwebs(not a concern), sound of fan starting in bathroom in early mornings/late nights.dogs allowed in that are not comfortable around child, made us feel scared for letting our child outside !!!

Hotel has character, bathroom certainly a little outdated and lighting in bathroom could have been better (but no issue with myself). Seems has a Thai restaurant at back(not used). Bed very comfortable, and booked for comfy bed and to shower... Booked in approx 0730 and checked out before 0930..no issues whatsoever and would definitely stay again..
