The arrangements worked well, and we phoned on arrival to be greeted and shown our room. The room we were given was excellent, with modern decor and a large comfy bed. There was a big flat screen TV on the wall, though we did not try it out. The en-suite bathroom was clean and smartly decorated too, and it had the best walk-in shower that my partner has ever used in an hotel. She just loved it! Lastly, there is a free private car park at the back of the hotel, so I was happy too!

It is really strange that there is a large restaurant at the hotel, but currently unused. We had a very good meal there a few years ago, so hopefully it will reopen eventually. This meant that there was no breakfast available - which we were made aware of when we booked - but luckily there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in Barnet, so we had an excellent - if rather expensive - one at Huddle Caffe, which was only a 100 yards or so from the hotel.

It's a nice secluded location away from the busy high street. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Nice comfortable beds with quality linen. The common areas are also fresh and welcoming. Excellent value. About a 20 minute leisurely stroll along the High Street to High Barnet Tube Station. The real secret about this place is the restaurant. I highly recommend booking. I shared the squid and the duck salad. Exquisite. Staff and service were absolute top quality. Definitely going will stay when in the area again.

Second visit here so must think it is worth a return. If you are visiting the area would recommend this place. Quiet yet convenient with helpful staff. I prefer human contact when I first arrive and Savoro fits the bill because has a restaurant attached which is open lunch and diner so easy to find someone on site. There was tea and coffee in the room - not always the case in many hotels - so just worth a mention. And a good bed and shower with ample hot water for a shower.

My one minor niggle would have been a more comfy chair in the bedroom.

Really clean and cosy place. I, unfortunately, didn't have a chance to try the restaurant but it looked really nice. It was clean and it seemed quite central (we weren't really in Barnet). Really nice and helpful staff and the price was really good!

No breakfast, you had to go and find a coffee shop. The bed was really squeaky. I think it was the construction of the bedposts, the bed itself was really lovely and comfy! The only thing I want to complain about in the bathroom is the shower, I don't particularly appreciate it when it only has the overhead shower and not a "hose" bit. But it had a good power to it and warm water. I don't wash my hair every day and so I don't want to get it wet either :-) A little bit cold in the room but we are having an ongoing energy crisis so I am not going to make a big deal about it.

I got a text message asking my arrival time, although l was arriving late l was able to get assistance. The room l in was very clean, warm and large, unfortunately l was only staying for one night because the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean. I liked the proximity to the shops and good transport links into London which include buses and trains

We were given a room upgrade. The room was spacious and newly refurbished. The location was just off the high street but set back and quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

The refurbishment probably was not complete yet, as things like the toilet roll holder, shower caddy, bathroom hook and bin were missing. Also a blind for the velux window. Self check-in was OK but it is nicer to be greeted by staff. Breakfast nor other meals were available due to the days we stayed being closing days for the restaurant.

Room was very clean and spacious, facilities just right for short stay. Location excellent for access to High Street, yet quiet as it's set back from the road. Parking space definitely useful for the area. Would be happy to book again.

A shame the restaurant attached to the building was not open, probably would have had a meal there after our journey.

How attentive, helpful, and professional Dino was he made my check in - after hours (due to a delay on flight to the UK)- very smooth and even when I had to extend my stay and change rooms he kept in touch with myself and the rest of staff to make the move easier/confortable for me. I've only planned to stay for 2 nights but ended up staying for 6..

Very comfortable beds in spacious room with plenty of storage. Large shower room with powerful shower. Clean with good facilities including Tv,Kettle with tea coffee milk hot chocolate. Glasses, towels and tea coffee replaced each day.

Sound insulation, could hear Tv in next room also people walking up and down stairways and on floor above. There is the expected noise from the restaurant but this could be lessened by better double glazed windows. High step to access rooms did cause some difficulty, my daughter caught her ankle on the sharp edge of the slate step resulting in minor cut to ankle. Breakfast pricing was in the information but was not available due to staff shortages, this was explained on arrival and alternatives suggested.
