The room we had was very big. There was enough parking close to the hotel reception. The hotel is in a countryside location. There is a very nice bar area where one can have a drink and relax.

The main let down for this hotel is the breakfast. The kitchen sends out only a little food at a time. People were being charged about £10 as they entered the dining area only to find there was no hot food and they had to wait. When the food was brought out there was so little of it that within a minute (2 or 3 guests) it was gone,

Nice secluded hotel located on the outskirts of Yateley, I got a taxi from Gatwick airport (£105) each way and £45 e/w for a day out in Farnham. The hotel "Shuttle service" is a local, but excellent taxi company and super professional too. The breakfast from 7am to 09.30 (£10 ) was superb with hot & cold choices in a buffet style. As you can see from the photo, I chose the hot version and thoroughly enjoyed it! I decided on an evening meal at the hotel and this again was excellent. 1x Red pepper & Tomato Soup + a generous portion of home made Lasagne with a medium glass of red wine (£22) and again thoroughly enjoyable too. The table service was excellent and I would certainly stay again. Please note: The hotel is not really within easy walking distance of shops etc, So own transport would be advisable The double room i chose was spacious with kettle tea/coffee facilities, very comfortable bed and a nice modern bathroom with shower which was again excellent and noise free! (see photos)

I did'nt like walking up & down so many stairs to my room and was pleased i was traveling lightly with one bag, but that was just my room location, the hotel was excellent

Fantastic staff; nice, spacious clean room, in a quiet location near Yateley Country Park and close to local pubs. Quite a rural feel to the local area, even though on the edge of a town. Convenient for Farnborough and the M3.

Limited space getting into and out of the car parks was a problem on the days I stayed. The first day took about 20 minutes to leave the hotel; lorries blocked from exiting the car park due to cars trying to get in and then a lorry blocking the whole hotel exit. The second day was better but still blocked on exit by people not going the correct way around the one-way system in the car-park.

We had a lovely stay at The Casa hotel. The bed was a great size and we slept very well. The staff were friendly. The room was a very good size. The hotel was in a great location for us, we went to Legoland and it was only 30mins drive to the hotel. The town itself is nice as well and is a short walk away (15min walk through the woods behind the hotel). We also had breakfast which was good - the choice of breakfast was cooked breakfast (full English), toast, jam, yoghurt, choice of cereal, tea, coffee and juice. Our room was serviced every day which was a lovely touch (this isn’t always done in smaller hotels!)

Things I was not happy with: - couldn’t lock the room door (lock refused to turn) but there was a chain on the door which I used - I would have loved to see more wall sockets (this is a problem in most hotels though!) - I paid for breakfast at check in but this wasn’t updated in the system so I had to explain to the restaurant staff on two occasions that I have paid (the staff were very pleasant though, so no complaints!) I am sure these issues could have been rectified if I mentioned them to the reception, but I didn’t feel there was a need for that.

The bed was really really comfy, I didn't look but I assuming Sealy mattress or similar. The bathroom was clean and fresh. We ate in the restaurant on the second night and were served by the lovely Antonio who struck it off with my 5 year old, but was also respectful and very good at his job. Food was yummy.

Breakfast on the first day was understaffed due to sickness - poor reception lady running around like a headless chicken got us all fed, but we were in a rush that morning and would have preferred the experience from the second morning which was hot plates, serve yourself, and a very attentive and bubbly member of staff who knew the breakfast routine in and out. To get to our room it was a complete maze. as the room numbers make absolutely no sense, but we made a game of it.

Location is in pleasant woodland, set back from the main road. The Cricketers Pub is just a short stroll through the woods. Building is characterful, many features preserved,

Despite having one of the best rooms, some of the fittings were dodgy eg bath tap and bedroom chair arm. However, cleanliness and bed comfort were very good. Maybe a fixtures and fittings overhaul would be in order.

We liked the location and the character of the Hotel. The evening dining experience was very good. The room was spacious as was the bed. The tea and coffee and bottled water in the room was good to have. Unfortunately the walls are thin so could be a little noisy and next time we visit we will ask for a room that isn't directly over the entrance to the hotel. Could do better with breakfast selection.

Location of our room as was a little noisy and smokers outside of the hotel entrance not only added to the noise but could also get the smell of smoke even with window closed.

The staff were very helpful. Our room was comfortable and the en-suite nice and clean. Breakfast was adequate, though could have benefitted from having some pastries. The hotel was set in lovely grounds.

Parking was an issue when we arrived and I was a little concerned about how my car had to be parked. The coffee from the machine was not very hot, but otherwise all was good.

The hotel is a really lovely 17 century building. The bed was huge and the room spacious. Was happy to find a bath in the room too. Breakfast was buffet style but quality ingredients, so very much enjoyed. There was also a cosy bar.

Overall it looks as if it could do with a little spruce up, but did not detract from our lovely stay.

We had a great 4 nights stay in the Casa Hotel with our little one. Room was great, comfy beds and great daily room service. Staff at the reception and restaurant were excellent, super accommodating. Also I must say that the food at the restaurant and breakfast were great too. Very convenient when travelling with a baby. Highly recommend, definitely will visit again. Thank you!
