Location, facilities, food, cleanliness, staff behaviour. This is an amazing hotel where you will feel like home. Calm and quiet area with lots of parking. The rooms are good, airy and bathrooms are neat and clean. It also has a bar and restaurant. I stayed here for a week and my overall experience is excellent! Highly recommended!! Also the host Sayed is awesome and he treats guests with great passion. Sayed was a great help through out our stay and he even arranged a taxi for us while we checked out.

I arrived at the hotel at around half past 1 in the morning, and was greeted warmly without extra expenses, even though the staff working hours are until 11pm. The single room I booked was quite small, but comfortable for a short stay. At checkout the next morning I was again warmly greeted and offered some coffee before departure, together with being asked if I would like to be dropped off somewhere nearby. The bar and the restaurant I didn’t use looked clean and pleasant, and I found that the interior overall created an atmosphere of one of the classic English hotels, where murder mysteries took place in old books.

No dislikes or regrets.

We travelled as a family of 6 with a young baby (5 months) . The hotel made a real effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms and standard of service were exceptional and the staff worked hard to make our stay a success.

All good - no criticisms of the standard of the hotel or the standard of our accommodation. It was very much what we expected and of a good standard.

The ppl were very helpful and very pleasant and the breakfast was well worth having.....

I did'nt like the fact that our door was near to the bins didnt look good and i thought they should put them some where else, the room was very dated and the bathroom really needs to be gutted and replaced as it looked very grubby especially the shower which i could not bring myself to use.... there was a tiny self which was used for the tea /coffee which was just thrown on it... all in all really needs to be a lot better

Room clean good surroundings friendly staff. Full English breakfast good but expensive £15 per person.

Stayed in room 12. Minor issues. Room was initially hot, got the hotel to turn it off. Had to open window as it was a little warm. No soft close toilet seat. Could hear the water cistern all the time filling up. Not sure where it was. I was still able to sleep.

perfect location for where we were going that night manager was lovely and seemed like he was making sure we were safe as a female couple nice and warm and beds were stupidly comfy and amazing pillows!!

the shower took ages to warm up and it was slightly small when you’re a bigger person. a small coating of dust on the lamp and tv but no real issue there. towel gave my wife an allergic reaction but she had her own with her aswell. Weird. Also would love to know the history of the building as I was picking up things in the room. spooky.

Breakfast was great with delicious boiled eggs! We visited the area during the coldest time of the year. The hotel provided us with extra blanket and a heater which helped us a lot. The hotel owner ran miles for us to make sure our son was on time for the school assessment. Warm and gentle hotel.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, and clean hotel. I stayed here for four weeks over the summer and had no issues. Staff upgraded me to a nicer room for no extra cost. Would recommend.

Check in was very friendly, I was even offered help with my bags. The room was spotlessly clean and nicely appointed. I didn't stay for breakfast so I can't comment on that, but I definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again.
