We had a very warm welcome on arrival from the landlady (Josie) who was very helpful during or stay. Spotlessly clean, the room we had was very spacious with a nice sized en suite bathroom & fantastic power shower. The Full English breakfasts were superb which we paid for daily giving us an option. The location was ideal with just a short walk to the Promenade & Sea Front and a tram stop at the end of the street providing an alternative to walking. Would definitely recommend this property & would stay again without hesitation.

Although the Breakfasts were fabulous & made to order, there was no menu to view any alternative selection. A choice of cereals would also have been a nice touch.

The Kenley is great - Josie is so welcoming and helpful. Lovely little touches like biscuits, tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room. The sweets on the way out were a hit too! The rooms are so clean and spacious and just have everything you need - bedside lamps, mirrors hair dryers, plugs by the bed, great shower, tv , good curtains that keep the room dark. Josies breakfasts were totally delicious too and so much choice served by the lovely Paul!

The only thing I wish I had asked was for the room to made as a twin - this was my fault though as the beds are super king which is two singles so could have been split.

Well,my expectations were met as I didn't expect the property to be very clean and tidy. It was also well located to the tram station and close to the beach. My boys were wowed by our room and the comfort they enjoyed. Hotel owner was professional and polite. I think overall my holiday in The Kenley Hotel was the best.As for the sweets in the hallway,my boys really feasted on it.lol. I will recommend the place for a restful peaceful comfy holiday hotel in Blackpool.

What a gem of a find this hotel was. The rooms are modern and cosy, beds are so comfortable my little boy was flat out in minutes and didn’t stir once. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The thing that makes The Kenley so special is definitely the owners such a lovely couple who couldn’t do enough for us made sure we got parking, showered my little boy with sweets nothing was too much trouble and we felt so welcome from the minute we walked in. This will 100% be our go to hotel anytime we are in Blackpool 10/10!

Very peaceful and quiet and there were several guests. Our room was lovely and we have stayed at the Kenley on two occasions different rooms both rooms were just perfect for us. The beds are something else the most comfortable we have ever slept in,

The location was not bad at all very doable but more central would be better how ever we didn't. not mind the walk to the centre. When we were there in November the weather was not bad at all but it did rain several times off and on.

It's was for my Parents and it was my Dad 70th birthday and the owner put the birthday banner and balloons in their room which was very nice of her. And I do really appreciate it. My Dad really loved it so much and nice surprise too. My parents did enjoyed the Blackpool trips and the hotel too. Thankyou

The room was very clean cosy and warm. We had an excellent breakfast. The location was very convenient for walking into town or you could hop on the tram at the end of the road. Josie was a lovely host, nothing was any trouble, very helpful.

The location was fantastic, just a stones throw from the beach front and promenade and the host Josie was wonderful and always ensured we had everything we needed. Though we regretfully didn't opt for the breakfast the smell of it was amazing. An all around brilliant little getaway from home !

There was nothing at all that we didn't like or enjoy !

The breakfast was very good , good variety , good quality food . The room was very nice not that big but well presented and nice on-suite , big flat screen T V on wall , good hanging space with large drawers underneath .

Think it would have been nice to have the bar open but understand why it's not .

Josie the landlady was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was lovely, very comfortable and very clean. The location was a two minute walk from the promenade tram. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
