Great location. Short walk to the sea front. The decor of the hotel is lovely. The keycode system to access the room is very convenient. Staff were excellent and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

I like how close it is too the winter gardens when visiting for rebellion. The bed was comfy and it’s a nice sized space plenty of room in the property. Everything was working in the bathroom. Functional kitchen if u wanted to make something small with a microwave and a fridge too store food.

Unfortunately there wasn’t a reception that I’m usually used too when staying in a hotel or apartment but nothing too be helped. And the front door wouldn’t lock properly but the apartment door was secure which made it feel safe.

The rooms was nice and cozy, we have tv with working wifi- netflix-youtube and prime, the netflix already have an account signed in too which was handy. We also loved the bed it was super comfortable and warm. The room was spacious and i loved the sunroof in the bathroom!! It was handy that we already had cutlery aswell as tea, coffee and sugar alongside a fridge/freezer and microwave. The maintenance man was very nice, helpful.

The only thing i have to complain about was the outside neighbours which was not the apartments fault!

Our stay was made easy from start to finish, it was easy to get in contact with the staff through WhatsApp and they replied quickly to any messages. The messages sent about entering the property were very clear and we got into the property and our room with ease. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a fridge, microwave and plenty of mugs, plates, bowls ect. All in all it was a lovely stay.

Close to sea side and city centre. Lot of food and café venues nearby. Room was clean and spacious. Easy access with key codes.

Could have been a wall mounted dressing mirror. It was too noisy, there was couple who were fighting whole night heard like they were throwing stuff in the room. But nothing to do with host, house rules are there but you always expect something like this.

Great location, literally can see coral island from the front door which was great for the kids. Lovely and clean, beds comfortable. A suggestion would be maybe extra pillows but thats just personal preference. Communication with the hotel was spot on, Overall we would return here with our children again in a heartbeat. Nothing!! Great stay

It's in a great location, very clean and has everything you need. We expected lots of noise based on its location but didn't hear a peep. Check in and check out was incredibly easy. Also a very reasonable price considering how nice the decor is compared to other properties in the area.

Excellent communication with owners, thorough stay guide explaining how to check in and check out. Brilliant location you can see the coral island arcades from the end of the road. property was clean and tidy and ideal for a family break away.

issues with locks but was resolved within half hour of us being there and help was on hand

Much more spacious than expected,clean,comfortable beds.our mistake in not checking what floor our room was on so ended up on top floor,contacted blàck ocean who immediately gave us a ground floor room.100% happy already planning our next stay here
