Everything was good better than other ones IV stopped in. We was in the family room . Guy was friendly and WiFi and TV all worked. Close to beach. Even let us check in early. Towels where on the bed as we arrived so that was good also the guy said if we needed More tea coffee milk Anything like that that we could help ourselves downstairs which is a nice touch. I would definitely stop here again . Clean rooms .

Nothing to do with owner just noise of people at stupid o'clock. Also abit stuffy ( weather was hot but rain so clammy) so maybe a fan in the room. And extra pillows. Shower pressure was not great but did the job .

Was just as advertised, lovely gentleman who was always about and clearly works hard to make sure everyone is happy. Thank you. Comfy beds. Simple, no Frills. Could do with a paint but it’s perfect for a weekend away in blackpool. Thanks again, we will definitely book here again if and when we come back to blackpool.

Could do with a bit of a paint and as the mobile service is awful in blackpool, it would be a great idea to add in some WiFi at an extra cost for people who want it.

The chap on reception was most helpful on arrival. I felt like I was a valued guest. The room was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. The location was brilliant and was good for the attractions.

I thought to improve things maybe the property could have a a few sheets of paper telling the guest about where the attractions were. A small map in the pages as well would've helped. The papers could have had places to eat and drink.

Bed was modern and super comfy very close to center staff seemed very friendly had the room already nice and heated for when we arrived a bit to heated for my personal liking had to open a window but it is winter so he had all the right intentions of looking after his guest checking out before 10 on a Sunday was a pain as no where was open for breakfast so had to take the 2 and a bit hours drive home very hungry apart from that it was good for the price

It was very small but for the price I can't really complain I had to clean kettle and cups otherwise nothing bad to say

Location is very central. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Room was basic but it was all I needed for my stay. Very clean. I would stay here again.

The only negative about my stay was another guest at the hotel who obviously had mental health issues. She was disturbing other guests with screams and shouting but the owner had her removed and after that could get a goods night sleep. Nothing to do with hotel.

it’s beautiful on the outside. it’s clean and tidy. the beds were comfy and the staff are polite. they allowed me to keep my pram in their room as it was a double. it’s really heavy to carry up the stairs with children 2 children. my children loved the stay and it’s so close to the beach which is brilliant. I will return when I next want to stay in Blackpool. the only small issue I had was we suppose to have a room with bunkbeds but instead it was 2 double beds which was a nightmare to get the children to sleep but other than that, no issue. thanks for having us x

I think the decorating needs re painting

Arrived and greeted by a lovely staff member. Room was cheap so wasnt expecting much with the room was great extremely comfy bed and pillows. The room was also clean.

No wifi or if there was it didnt reach the room i was in. The shower door was a bit loose so had to be gentle or it would fall off. Bathroom was also a shock with the colour my son called it the cheesy room (bright yellow).

We booked last minute no fuss easy Friendly staff comfy bed great sleep will be returning soon great value for money

Can't fault the people or the place the bed was 10/10 can't wait to return. The only thing i would suggest would be a fan in the room as it was a really hot day.

Close to the centre, friendly staff, beds were comfy and really good that you can ask for an up to an hour later check out time for free.

Stain on carpet Shower leaked Sand on the bedsheets when we arrived, had to shake the sand off The hot drink sachets hadn’t been filled up, we had 4 coffee sachets and 1 sugar. No milk / tea bags. Had to clean one of the mugs as it was dirty too

The host was amazing, very friendly, polite and accommodating. Will definitely use this hotel again and brilliant value for money.

The host was great and the location to all amenities and the beach was perfect.
