The location of the hotel was spot on. The owner was friendly the breakfast was amazing. Looking forward to stopping again soon. Room 7 was awesome, plenty big enough for 1 person.

I was asked to move rooms 2 days into my stay. I didn’t have a problem with this as the hotel had some maintenance to carry out in the room. However the bed was not as comfortable and the TV never worked (constant interference)

The host was friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was delicious, fresh and well cooked. Great coffee! It was a short walk to all the major tourist attractions and beach.

It was situated close to front, which was noisy during the night as it was a weekend stay. The room was a bit on the small side but we didn't spend too much time there so it didn't impact on us to much. There is no car parking. So we had to park in a council run carpark that was additional cost.

Location perfect for our needs of close to the winter gardens. Also perfect for town, central and north piers, the tower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable but please consider lowering the wood surround of the beds as they hurt your legs if sitting on edge of bed.

The toilet in room 3 what tight fit, never seen a toilet fitted in such a small gap and with the sink infront of it if your any bigger then a medium adult its extremely uncomfortable and tight. Please change your sausages in your breakfast as the rest is tasty food, the sausages taste like i imagine cardboard would

hotel was spotless, comfortable and welcoming. young lad who dealt with me couldnt do enough for me he carried my case up to my room and brought it down again prior to me leaving. he was chatty during breakfast talking about his family and the plans for the hotel and the future nothing too much trouble definately recommend. there are alot of hotels on that part of albert road so theres alot of competition. lovely double bed and clean bedding plenty of towels as well

no bath mat i fell even though i had a towel on the floor as water spilled out onto the floor breakfast could be improved - poor quality sausage just couldnt eat it milk jug was chipped

The location is fantastic. It was spotlessly clean. The room was fairly basic but had everything you might need ie, TV, tea coffee etc, and the room was very comfortable. I was greeted with a smile and quickly checked in. I had a room on the top floor which was fine for me but guests with mobility issues might struggle as there is no lift. The breakfast was spot on and me being a chef is high praise. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough, absolutely fantastic.

The man who greeted us at reception was very friendly and efficient during check-in. Also, meeting "Milo " was a real treat for our son 🙂 Lovely themed decor dining room. Breakfast was, made to order and juices and cereals were at our convenience. The man cut up our child's breakfast for him, very thoughtful. By far the most comfortable beds in Blackpool.Proper bedding and pillows. We will definitely be back,Thank you again.

John was a great host and put himself at our disposal during our stay. Location is spot on. Within walking distance to most amenities . Breakfast was spot on....with quick service.

No complaints... it served our purpose to our stay in Blackpool, which was attending The All England Ballroom open Championships .. was within walking distance to the Tower Ballroom, litterly just around the corner.

Lovely hotel from the moment you enter Greeted warmly even when we arrived in the later evening Spacious room and great location for winter gardens along with a short walk to the front Breakfast were great and given options of things you may not want

The only thing I would recommend is the shower head needs replacing or fixing, the pressure was fine it just didn't spray properly. But it was usable and a very minor thing.

WOW so close to the centre of town and to the tower. The person who booked us in was lovely he also did breakfast service and was excellent he was so efficient no wait on breakfast (breakfast which was lovely ) and always asked if you wanted more The rooms are clean n beds comfy plenty of space to hang cloths n drawers if some one went for longer than a night also tea/coffee making in the room the towels are also clean and fresh

Location was fantastic . Was host was very nice and helpful. When we were checking in he told me that they serve breakfast from 8am. But he agreed to start serving breakfast next morning from 7.15am as there were few families with the kids who were competing in a dance competition next morning. It was very nice of him. And the breakfast was delicious!
