Location , nice clean and friendly staff

Wasnt told hotel door was locked at midnight and a code was needed after that time , and we had to knock and ring bell for a while before we got noticed , it was ok in the end and was just an error made when booked in , we know for next time and wouldnt stop us staying again , rooms not easy to find at first could do with better signage maybe ?

Great room, followed are preferences and great breakfasts included. We didn't wait long, perfect quick service, and great food cooked perfectly

Unfortunately, the radiator in the room wasn't working, and no heat was coming from it at all. However, there was an oil radiator, but there wasn't much heat coming from that

On checking into the Hotel asking breakfast timings informed by reception that breakfast was 0830-0930hrs. The next morning I went down to breakfast at 0915hrs, realising that it was a tour hotel and they would have wanted to get day trippers on their way first. I was however informed that breakfast had finished at 0900hrs. The staff did however manage to get me some bacon and sausage, this Very appreciated, but not what I was expecting. The breakfast time needs to be extended, a 30 minute window is not enough. This may be that the hotel is geared around touring parties, and not normal visitors.

The room was very clean and the beds so comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly

Had a problem, went to leave the room and unfortunately the lock would not open. Tried calling reception no answer thankfully housekeeping were outside they called maintnenace and had to kick in the door. Myself and 2 daughters were stuck in the room for 20 minutes, i was concerned if there had been a fire we would not of gotten out. To be told by reception the room had only been refurbished 2 days before didnt help the fact that thw lock didnt work

Breakfast was excellent served daily good choice full English, continental, cereals, fruit juices, kippers ect

The entertainment could have been better.

The location was very good and the ambience was good although not many guests at the time of my stay as hotel was closing to prepare for xmas and new year guests.

The room was small and dated with avocado green bathroom and a tiny outdated TV on the wall.

Staff were very friendly and so helpful. They accommodated my family very well and my little boy had a wonderful time! Rooms were clean, no noise at night & the location was great! There's also a lift inside the built that was helpful for luggage and our pram each day.

Breakfast time could have been a little longer and it was hard work carrying a pram up and down the steps to get inside the building, not pram accessible

Easy to book, great parking, easy to check in lovely helpful lady. Room was near the top but was very pleasantly surprise. Looked recently decorated/furnished. Bed very comfortable. Clean bathroom lovely shower. Great beach view from the window

Entrance hall was grubby, looked like white animal hais on the stairs when walking up, the walls had large cracks in them and the painted wallpaper looked dubious! Lift not working. The room did feel like it was slopped! Breakfast !! Sat at the table, it was all set up with drinks. Cornflakes etc and a huge hair hanging from a yoghurt pot into the bowl of cornflakes. I told the waiter and he picked it off dropped it onto the floor as if it happened all the time. Food didn't look appealing tried the hot breakfast but was abit put of by the look of it! We handed in our key to reception and the lady on the desk didn't even look at us or ask if our stay was OK!, different to the lady who we saw when we checked in.

Problem checking in. Booked sea view. Hotel told me all sea view rooms booked prior to me booking! Hotel advised they had told you this but you were still accepting online bookings!!!!. Not good. Hotel managed to find sea view room...no thanks to you. Hotel staff brilliant. Your booking system sucks!!!

You accepted a sea view room booking when hotel advised you all sea view rooms gone!!! No apology. Hotel were brilliant at sorting out your mistake.

Good stay, Our triple room had all we needed and it was lovely to see we all had a comprehensive set of towels each. The staff were friendly. It was clean and quiet, great location with good parking, will stay here again thank you all.

the mattress was a little hard for me, and thought breakfast was rushed and a little too early on a Sunday morning @ 8.30 am especially for those who were not on coaches and had been out late.
