In a good location 10 mins from theme park & swimming and about 15 mins from the tower walking. In a quiet area (other than the seagulls). The host was lovely and welcoming and easy to talk to. Didn't have breakfast as we had plans to be off soon as to get full days out. Room was well kept, clean and tidy. Shower had good pressure which is a huge plus as having thick hair no pressure can take forever to get shampoo out.

Room was a little smaller than expected but workable. Curtains to have heavier lining or blackout so not waking with the sun

A brilliant host, Simon was fantastic. There were a couple of issues over the weekend which weren’t Simon’s fault and I think he was more upset than I was. The place is in a perfect location, I managed to park straight outside which was very beneficial and even managed to check in early. Very friendly, very welcoming and will definitely be back!

Very quiet side street to the promenade the quietest guest house I've ever stayed in and it was sold out!! great for sleeping and excellent location only 5 to 10 mins stroll to central pier room was very clean and comfy bed will be coming back

What a great hotel .we stayed 3 nights .Simon was very friendly and welcoming. he upgraded our room because of cancellation. The hotel is clean comfortable and quiet at night .and its in a great location for North and south shores . found a good carpark only 5mins walk away .will recommend this hotel to friends.

Simon was absolutely amazing and very friendly to talk with. After being greeted by Lucy the pooch just made our stay 100x better. Would definitely come back and highly Recommend.

Was a tad small & there was a couple other of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling but I wouldn’t not stay here again, for the right price

Breakfast was beautiful Room view was amazing didnt expect sea view 1 min from beach brilliant location Owner was really friendly an nothing was to much trouble lovely conversation Would definitely recommended Thank you for an amazing stay and we will definitely be coming back next year... Thank you again! 😊 we stayed in room 3, Big bay window over looking sea view wasnt expecting it but made it that extra more special.

Great hotel very quiet to, the owner was great and even let my little boy near lucy the dog he said that’s the best part of his weekend Will be back :)

For the price it was excellent value Simon was so helpful and friendly The room was clean Breakfast was very nice and reasonably priced Would recommend this b&b to anyone and definitely stay again Nothing bad to say about it
