Everything about this place was amazing. Myself and my friend stayed for 5 nights, with Breakfast included. We had an AMAZING stay! Silvia (owner) was brilliant from the moment we arrived, She couldn't do enough to ensure we had the perfect stay..and we did! Vicki and Dalia (staff) was also amazing with beautiful smiles to greet us every morning with Breakfast! Immaculately clean and fresh throughout 10/10! Lovely atmosphere and wonderful team of ladies! Room was spacious and clean, had plenty of storage and tea/coffe facilities (well stocked too) with view of the Blackpool Tower. Bathroom was beautifully clean and fresh almost new was so clean. Hotel was clean tidy with a homely feel?! Reasonably priced and perfect for all occasion breaks. Also perfect for location for access to all attractions. Staff ☆☆☆☆☆ 10/10 brilliant, friendly, helpful and all dressed to high standard of presentation. All go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. The staff are really really great. Everyone we met was friendly and they couldn't do enough when we needed them. Breakfast was good, the kids had pancakes with so many choixlce of toppings and the staff were really brilliant with the kids. They were so kind and attentive to them. The room was clean, I liked the separate toilet and shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm enough. No complaints at all about the room, staff or breakfast in general. We would stay here again.

Room was up 3 flights of stairs, which wouldn't usually be an issue, but I'm on crutches. Admittedly, it's my own fault for not letting them know, I tried to use the stair lift once, but it wasn't turned on, and I didn't like to ask. Parking wasn't free, you paid £5 a night as it wasn't owned by the hotel, but the tram employees car park. I didn't mind paying but it wasn't advertised when booking. Other than these minor things, no complaints.

Great room, nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Tv, tea and coffee in the room and a separate toilet to the shower which was great. The bar was comfortable with a pool table and a TV which you could control. Most of the staff were lovely and we would definitely consider returning next time we visit blackpool. Breakfast was lovely!

One of the staff members were rude and abrupt but other than that the other staff members were lovely. Kids were running round and asking for money while their parents were upstairs in ther room. This isn't the fault of the hotel but they should be told to supervise their kids as we were looking after other people's kids while the parents were lying in bed

The location was good, very central. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. The staff serving were mostly pleasant. The bed was really comfy, and had a great night's sleep.

Only really disappointment was at the end when we were leaving. Our cars were blocked in and asked to have it unblocked but one of the staff was quite aggressive that we pay for the car parking before we get our cars. I told her my wife my daughter and her kids were still in the hotel and we weren't going to run away. I don't know if she's told to do this but I didn't like it. It wouldn't stop me staying again but I would pay up front for the parking in case my family's held hostage till I pay.

Hotel was in a really good location just off the main promenade, behind The Manchester. Our room was spotless and beds were really comfy. We had a view of The Tower, which was fantastic! Right next to a Home Bargains. Silvia and all the other staff are so hardworking and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great, just let the girls know the night before what you want and what time you want it & everything is ready for you. Great value for money. We are hoping to go back later in the year.

Our window was a bit cloudy - think the double glazing unit needs replaced.

The staff were always available and helpful. Nothing was too much. The location was off main street, so it was quieter. BREAKFASTS WERE AMAZING 👏 it was a hot week, so the ladies provided a fan for us. We loved it, and we would definitely recommend it and stay here again when in Blackpool. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Maybe a bar fridge in room would be great, but that's being picky.. shower is very new to us being from Australia, so took a little tweaking to get it perfect, but if we had asked for help I guarantee the ladies would be there to help out.

I didn't quite know what we would be expecting for the price, however I can not find fault with the hotel. The room was a decent size, with an en suite bathroom and more than enough storage room. Far more than hotels we've had abroad. The breakfast was spot on, and my husband even commented its one of the best ones he's had. Nothing was too much trouble for the hostess Silvia, or any of her lovely staff. It's reasonably priced within walking distance of the promenade, but far enough away that it's quiet of an evening. Looking forward to our next visit end of August.

I would only say that if you may find it difficult going up and down stairs, just drop the hotel a message for a lower floor room.

Very handy for location. Room was very clean and all public areas too. Staff very helpful and accomodating..Breakfast was very nice and offered extras such as toast and tea....

A little confusing with different staff checking in on our needs at breakfast table.Almost being too helpful rather than maybe getting used to that one persons consistency. Not sure on their communication with each other. Very pleasant though.! Actual room was very basic with one seat to sit on. Had to ask for hairdryer.

Staff were excellent and very accommodating upon arrival and at breakfast times. The room was nice and clean with clean bed linen and plenty of towels. Plenty of bed space with the family room comfortably able to sleep 5.

It was a bit noisy during the evening as we were trying to get the kids to sleep but to be fair they did give us a warning there was a large group in the lounge who were doing a karaoke night and it wasn't too bad really. Very much bearable and it is Blackpool so our expectations were set accordingly! Mattress was a bit on the lumpy side but the room was nice and warm.

the hopton hotel was a lovely hotel and lovely staff so welcoming and lovely and clean it’s worth the money would defo come back again you got a home bargain right across the road and you can see the Blackpool tower from the front of the hotel not really far from the front and the beach about 2 minutes walk and not far from a macdonels is about 10 min walk we went in a car and don’t use the car when we was there as everything was not far from the hotel would defo recommend to family and friends

there was nothing I didn’t like everything was excellent
