We really enjoyed our stay with Simon at Castleton. His guest house is well looked after and modern throughout. The room was spotless as was the en suite. The beds were very comfy. Breakfast was beautifully made and prompt on sitting down. I was offered various pork substitutes which I found very kind and even my fussy daughter was well catered to. The location is seconds from the promenade overlooking the beach and just a few minutes walk to the illuminations, sandcastle waterpark and pleasure beach theme park. Parking was no issue as theres lots of free parking on this road or the surrounding roads. I will happily book here again. Massive thank you for having us!

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family, the room was spacious with 2 double beds, modern furnishings, smart tv/ Alexa with colour changing lights which my daughter loved. Plenty of room to unpack and hangers provided. A very warm welcome from Simon and he helped me find parking outside which was a great help. Breakfast was lovely a range to choose from great for families 10 minute walk to Blackpool tower and main attractions. Comfy beds, very clean and great hosts. Will definitely be staying again when in Blackpool thank you for a great stay

Simon u made our stay brilliant great welcome on arrival room was 1 of the biggest iv stayed in Blackpool beds were comfy the bathroom was brand new smart TV was a bonus all with the little home touches was great to b asked what we wanted for breakfast a 50 yard walk to the prom and a 20 min walk from the pleasure Beach the room was spotless decent wardrobe plenty of drawers loads of coat hangers id defo recommend this place thankyou Simon ur doing a great job hope u keep succeeding wud defo book again

All very clean, efficient. The friendly owner/ manager Simon could not have been more helpful in facilities, accepting requests, giving directions/ tips and is improving the hotel even more. Full English Breakfast was spot on and very efficient on time every morning which enabled me to meet event deadlines at the other end. Traditional key management was dead easy and safe. Parking is on street but I never failed to find a space either in this road or those adjacent. Simon has renovated the hotel himself to a great standard, was happy to explain how he did it and I wish him well in completing the final rooms.

Simon welcomed you at the door, asked preferences for breakfast and was helpful with any questions. The room we stayed in was lovely, we accidentally broke a glass storage pot and when offered to pay for damages Simon told us not to worry about it, it was so clean through our and smelt lovely. The breakfast was lovely and if you didn’t want a cooked breakfast the option to have cereal or toast was there for you to help yourself too. If we ever stay in Blackpool again this is the place we would book.

Absolutely loved it here we will definitely be staying again. I went with my mum and my 3 children and they also loved it, it’s So clean and had the best sleep ever! the beds are so comfortable, superb attention to detail from bathroom to bedroom also. Breakfast was lovely, just enough to set us up for the day. Simon is a very welcoming host, he’s done so well with the place! We will be returning! Brill location aswell

Loved everything about it

This b&b i stayed with my family was amazing. The owner Simon can't do enough to make your stay perfect nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are beautifully kept cleaned every day with added extras like alexa, netflix, mini shower stuff tea, coffee and biscuits. Even a little chocolate each to welcome us. The breakfast is superb very warm and tasty made with the best ingredients also a great choice for kids too. The location is central which is great near to all attractions and car parks. We would highly recommend this place if u r staying in blackpool. It wont disappoint! We would most definitely stay here again.

Simon was very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The room was very clean and well decorated, with a smart tv and Alexa controlled lights which also change colour to suit your mood/preference. The beds were comfortable ensuring we all had a good night sleep. Breakfast was also really nice with good options, even for fussy eaters like my kids. Would recommend to anyone visiting Blackpool.

There is nothing I would fault.

The absolute best place to stay! This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back again. Simon is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are immaculate, the breakfast is perfection (a perfectly fried egg every single time!) The location is perfect for seeing all the sights of Blackpool. There was nothing to complain about at all. We will 100% be back again!

Absolutely nothing!

Simon and his dad were very friendly and couldn’t do any more for us. It was my partners birthday and Simon put a birthday banner up and balloons. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding and the beds are so comfy not to mention in a great location aswell. I would definitely come back.

We liked everything not anything to complain about. Maybe the parking, but again, Simon directed us and found us a space.
