First impressions do count, so did the nice & friendly welcome from Sal before we'd even reached the front door Sal deserves a pay rise We noticed immediately how clean & tidy everything was and how light and airy our room was Sal deserves a pay rise There were plenty of fresh, clean towels with a continuous supply of hot water and shower settings from Ice Cold to Boil a Lobster Sal deserves a pay rise Our bed was lovely and comfortable with more than adequate mattress and pillows. I even made a mote of the make & manufacturer of the mattress as I'm such a fussy sleeper! The room was spotlessly clean with plenty of fresh bed linen Sal deserves a pay rise Even though the Hotel is only one minutes walk to the Main Road, the location is quiet and peaceful. The Hotel is also just a few minutes walk away from St Chads tram stop with a regular tram service to waterloo Road (as recommended by Sal) plus all 3 Piers (as recommended by Sal) as well as Fleetwood Market Sal deserves a pay rise There was more than enough storage space for everything brought with us, plus all our purchases in Blackpool, Bispham and Fleetwood Sal deserves a pay rise Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and every day, breakfast was a treat including the freshly cooked Full English breakfast. Also, there is no set breakfast so those with a smaller appetite can order with eggs with beans on toast or bacon and eggs or sausage and beans etc Overall, the Hotel was exceptionally good value and we were honestly expecting to be paying more for this standard of accommodation elsewhere Sal deserves a pay rise We are already saving for our next visit to Blackpool and will again be staying at the Bosworth House Hotel. Our final comment on our stay is something that Sal said we should tell his Boss.......except we've forgotten what that is!

The staff was very friendly and well to get on with. The room was enough for 3 people. House hotel was in a good location lovely view of the sea There was a pool table downstairs and toilet downstairs. There was shower gel for you and tea sugar and milk. For you to have a drink with kettle and cups and TV. No Wi-Fi.

When we first walked in, there was a bad smell in the bathroom. As there were no windows, it was just a vent. And the toilet seat was loose, it. Kept sliding to one side. Every time you sat on it. The bar downstairs said it was open from a certain time till 11 PM. It was never open. So you couldn't have a drink at the bar before going out and have a game of pool downstairs.

Staff were very welcoming ,friendly, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. No waiting for breakfast, they were there on hand for whatever you required and treated each guests individual taste. I would certinly recomend Bosworth house value for money and we look forward to returning later on in the year. Thank you Sal and Peter

Friendly Staff (Owner especially, you can tell he works hard to maintain the hotel and keep guests happy), we were so welcomed from the moment we walked through the door. The beds were super comfy i would stay here just to sleep in them haha! Working shower sink and toilet and coffee making facilities. Check in said 3pm online but we arrived around 1:30 and our room was ready :) We were worried after reading some of the reviews but we are glad we stuck with it as it seems some people paid £60 for a night and are complaining about things like they were expecting a 5* hotel, you get what you pay for!!! and in this case the value for money is TOO GOOD! There is a shop also just as you come in so you have everything there you need. Thank you, we'll be back again!!!!

the only thing i can think of is for breakfast there could have been more food on the plate, we were hungover and hungry, although what we did eat was really nice, we just wanted more! However for £30 each with breakfast included you cant complain.

Went to celebrate my 3th and do Xmas Santa visit with son,Hotel was is perfect placing, my son and husband has additional needs getting A to B with can be difficult or even settling in a hotel at a popular destination and Christmas events in full swing can through alot of uncomforts and unsettling obstacles to a stay away for our small family. Owner is so accommodating, helpful (we from Manchester) and he was so down to earth, helpful, polite, welcoming and made a cracking full English. Best night sleep iv we've ever had in Blackpool, could not hear the nightclub life at all at any point, a fully undisturbed night's sleep. A return visit is already planned for sons bday January,,, with family members joining thank you for a fantastic stay

Friendly staff, tea and coffee with kettle in the room. Somewhere to hang coats and clothing. Small on-suite shower/toilet/hand basin. Also a TV in the room.

Double bed uncomfortable. Sewage smell coming up pipe work/toilets. This nearly put me off staying when I first walked into the main hallway, but I could see everything looked clean and tidy. Bleach down each toilet and lids kept down on all toilets day and night would likely stop this problem. Blackpools sewage system is obviously under strain, especially when heavy rain is confounding the problem.

Central location, really amazing hosts/owners. basic but clean & comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast there but it smells amazing The owner let us leave our bags there after check out so we could have another full day at the Pleasure Beach which was really nice of him.

When we first entered the b&b there was a horrible drainy smell in the hallway but just in the hallway.. it was soon rectified thou. The main thing is the room we were sleeping in smelt fine

The staff were very helpful. I received a call saying my room was ready alot earlier than expected. They reserved a parking space for me. The room was a really good size. Oh and the bed was so comfortable.

The only thing I can think of was that the hotels bar wasn't open due to a license issue but Sal the owner directed us across the road to a different hotel to enable us to get a drink. Which was really nice.

The location was amazing in walking distance to all attractions. The staff were very friendly and looked after us very well. We paid extra for the full English breakfast and it was very nice. For how much we paid for a night it was good value.

For how much we paid there was not much I didn't like to be honest. The beds were ok not the most comfortable but we all had a good night sleep. The one thing that we didn't like was not with the hotel but the area (blackpool) with most people smoking weed it's all you could smell when you were out. All in all we had a good stay at the hotel.
