The Owners were Lovely & Friendly and nothing was a bother to them. They certainly go above and beyond to make your stay a good one.My Daughter and I stayed 2 nights as part of her 21st. The owners gave her a bottle of Prosecco. Also let us keep the room on til we were leaving which saved us carrying our bags all day as weather was roasting.The property was in a prime location about a 5 minute walk from Central/Bonny Street Car Park, Coral Island & Golden Mile and 10 minutes from the Tower and beach. The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. Although close to the front it was quiet at night.

Omg a family run business just been opened only six months what a Gem lovely owner Norman sit and chat with him have a brew and learn more so don't be shy ask anything about Blackpool go out of way by ordering a taxi if you need and disabled friendly 2 streets away from coach station so SUPPORT this guys we stayed on 3 July to 7th July lovely basic room and Comfy bed will be back next year for 3 days in July it's A Home from home

We had a warm welcome when we arrived, which was after reception hours but due to a diversion which I contacted about they still made sure we could check in, the room was small but suitable for what we needed. The owner is a lovely chap who was really friendly and welcoming

The only downsides are the area unfortunately we had a loud idiot outside in the street yelling and making a scene till the very early hours, the room also could of done with a room fan as it was incredibly warm due to the heatwave.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Not long been open. Front desk (Dad) was very helpful. Hoping to do some improvements in the room I was in making larger mostlikely over quiet season. Hoping go back Next Year. Near the Central Pier great Cafe's, Shops & attractions around the area.

Room was small but that's been sorted soon! The other glitch the electronic kettle swopped out immediately! Thank you.🙂

No request was too much for our host who was so friendly and helpful! Really enjoyed our stay here, room was just what we needed, lovely and clean! The tv also had Netflix which was a god send for when my little girl was waiting around till we were going out Location is so close to main attractions and no more than 5 mins walk from coach station Thank you for a pleasant stay in Blackpool!

We liked everything about my place Norman& his son went above & beyond for us my oldest daughter changed her mind about coming with us at the last minute but Norman made sure she had a comfortable room to stay in very clean & tidy we can't wait to go back in September we stayed for 10 days wished it was longer The Williamson family

Really lovely little hotel that’s great value for money. Amenities really good and a very very comfy bed. One of the comfiest beds i’ve ever slept in - even comfier than my bed at home and that’s my throne! Staff also really friendly and a credit to the hospitality industry. Owners should be very proud of this little establishment, me and my boyfriend will definitely be back! :)

For £25 you can’t moan, the room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and nice which is always a bonus :) the location of the hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the seaside front.

There’s nothing to complain about at all lovely place and what a bargain on the price of the stay to :)

Stayed with my boy for a night and the place was spotless and the comfiest bed ever and the owner was so pleasant carried our case to room and nothing was too much even offered to keep our belongings on check out until we were ready to head home that night
