Janine and Tim were perfect hosts , nothing was too much trouble. I arrived with two special needs guests and they went above and beyond to help me , from giving information of the area and helping with anything we needed. The two rooms we had were absolutely spotless and very modern which was a nice change. The breakfast was yummy and plentiful, lots of choice. The extras in our rooms were a very nice touch too never had such a variety of extras before , they were very well thought out .

The only very small thing to dislike was the floor boards were a bit noisy , but I I think you would probably expect this in older buildings. Just like to add , this would not put us off staying here again.

This is a very friendly b&b where the staff can’t do enough for you. You are in the town centre within a few minute walk. The rooms was spotless and we even got a free upgrade so we had a double bed and a single bed in a room of that. And a view of Blackpool tower. There is plenty of option for breakfast cold & hot. I had the veggie cooked breakfast and it was delicious. We have book to go back next year

Wasn’t anything we didn’t like

The rooms was well furnished and comfortable with a nice shower room. It was not very large, but typical of the size of Blackpool B&Bs. There are tea/coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast is excellent and very well presented. We parked on the front of the premises for the duration of our stay at no additional cost, which was brilliant.

My second visit to this gem of a hotel. The owners are so welcoming and even though I had arrived slightly earlier than expected my room was ready and I was able to check in right away. I was in the small single room which was just ideal for my requirements. The room was spotless and nicely decorated. Little extras make all the difference e.g. quality tolietries, slippers and even a stick of Blackpool Rock. A fan is also provided in the room. A quality breakfast is provided in the morning with lots of options. I will certainly return here on my next trip to Blackpool.

the hotel is perfectly situated in a central location near the tower the hotel was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished, we stayed in the Alice suite which was so well thought out the children loved the room as did we the proprietors had thought of everything even down to a fridge stocked with fresh milk and bottled water and mini sachets of fruit squash to flavour the water also it was very hot and there was a fan already in the room which cooled the room perfectly breakfast was delicious very filling and tasty we had a lovely comfortable stay and will definitely return

We couldn’t fault this hotel

Great welcome, easy check-in, beautiful room, clean with everything we needed and some lovely extra touches. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with good coffee and quality orange juice. Very good value for money and a pleasure ro return to after a day at the punk festival!

Can't fault anything!

Welcome when arrived and shown round room. Landlord/lady very friendly. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Parking spaces for car. Bedroom beautifully decorated with a collection of extras incase you forgot anything. Towels changed every second day. Beautiful bar area to relax in with big choice of spirits and beer.

There was nothing to dislike about hotel and staff.

Beautiful place. Exactly as the photos. Absolutely everything is to an exceptional standard. The attention to detail in the Alice in Wonderland is great. The kids thought it was amazing. Location it the tower is a 5 minute walk.

Nothing. If I had to pick something it is that in the children’s room could have done with a lamp or night light but that’s it 🤪

Lovely welcome, friendly. Clean , beautifully decorated comfortable rooms with unexpected but very welcome little gift bags on arrival. Lots of choice at breakfast and all very tasty. Wonderful view of the tower from bedroom window was a bonus.

We liked the location of the hotel...so near the town centre, trams and H&A club. We thought Tim & Janine were exceptional hosts and a really ,lovely couple. They couldn’t do enough for us. Tim was exceptionally informative about the local area. The breakfast was superb, lovely dining room......but would recommend adding a Sunday roast to their dinner menu.

Can’t say there was anything that we didn’t like.
