I visit Blackpool every year and from all the places I've been at so far (5 in total), my best experience was here. I was sharing a room with a colleague, but for my next trip, I would probably be getting a single room, but at the same place.

This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, as all of the places I've been at were like that. That's apparently a thing there, but you get the hot water tap on one side of the sink and the cold one on the other. That means, if you want to wash your face, hands, mouth, whatever, you have to decide between ice cold or really hot! Idk who came up with the idea and why did it stay.

our room was small but well equipped, the beds were really comfortable and the pillows we had tea making facilities shower pipping hot water and good pressure , tea coffee and milk and sugar were provided and replenished, there was a bar onsite but breakfast was offsite , we didn’t use this as my daughter lives near the hotel and we wanted to spend time with her, everything was lovely and clean bins emptied daily and lovely fluffy towels, the staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us.

Mot a criticism but it was on a busy road and the weather wa so hot we left the windows wide open to let in some air and the road was noisy and some of the locals were quite loud, it didn’t bother us really as we crammed so much into the days that we both slept well

The staff was extremely polite and professional, the room very clean and comfortable, nice position close to all important families of Blackpool, I will definitely visit again soon!

Everything was perfect , I would love to spend more time in Ardern hotel !

It is a nice pleace and clean, staff is very warm welcome, bed is very soft and comfy for sleeping, bedroom is not big but nice and clean. Bathroom is not brilliant for using because a hander is broken but it looks a luxury. This price should be included a breakfast it would be good and increasingly rate to 10 out of 10.

The handder of show is a completely broken, should be change. Needs 2 botters ĺof water should be able for customer.

The hotel was excellent value for money and very clean! The owner's were really nice and helpful and working towards updating decor, Ardern Hotel's location was perfect, near all of Blackpool's shops bars and attractions, I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel!

Host was lovely and welcoming even accommodated my request of an earlier check in. The room was lovely and clean and my god the bed was one the best beds i have ever slept in so comfortable, excellent for the price.

Only thing I could say is the shower door was broke and didn't close properly which didn't effect the use, however was worried about leaks and wetting the floor

We loved everything about the place was very clean was very modern and good layout and the man we met was very helpful and kind. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to be by. WiFi was amazing and overall we had a good time.

The only one probelm was the double bed base was broken so the mattress was uncomfortable as it had a massive dip in it.

The beds were so comfy and I really enjoyed the stay, Any questions I asked to the gentleman helped me over the phone. He was very polite and helpful.

I would say the internet wasn't great but to be fair when I was in Blackpool the signal was shocking.

it wasn’t to do with the property yes the trip was booked for 3 but one got covid there were rooms available for 2 people but wouldn’t let us down size he said he could have used our triple room but there were only us in hotel

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, cosy rooms, I was so happy to visit Blackpool and my expectations were further beyond, little bit bad weather but compensated by the warm Ardern atmosphere

All was fine , we cant change the weather , but all was excellent
