I liked the owners they was very attentive, all was very happy to accommodate us. They was very helpful an pleasant. They continental breakfast was great, loads of choice. I was abit disappointed about no cooked breakfast, but happy with what was provided. The room was very clean an facilities was great. The bathroom was spacious an shower very clean.

The phone signal an lack of Wi-Fi connection was very disappointing, could not contact family or check emails. Due to this I couldn't use my phone which left me unsatisfied. That was the only problem, it's nice to be able to have use of your phone when comfortable in room so you can make calls an check apps etc.

Our host was exceptionally nice and very helpful. Good advice regarding parking, as non available on the street outside the property. The breakfast catered for everyone, with a wide choice of continental options and for an extra £4.50/head, a full English cooked breakfast. Very central to the main venues and restaurants and only a two minute walk to the seafront, just south of Blackpool Tower.

The floor space in the room was restricted due to en-suite bathroom which was also small. A cosy fit, with one side of the 3/4 double bed up against the wall. Everything you needed in the bedroom, but just small and cosy fit. Quite a climb to the third floor up relatively narrow stairways. Shower fitting in Room 15 needs repair attention.

Mary and Bob, the owners, were so helpful all the way through our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always looking at ways to make our stay more enjoyable. Kept in contact via WhatsApp if we needed anything. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town, just far enough away to avoid the late night noise (see photo from our room to show how close it is to the Tower). Breakfast was continental and included things we would never have thought of, cakes, branded sweets and cans of Coke along with the usual croissants, cereal and toast. Our boys loved it (age 13 and 14). We stayed 7 nights and would definitely recommend visiting.

Street parking outside the hotel is fine for loading and unloading but not for all day. There is a car park at the end of the road (Bonny Street) that has offers on parking. We didn't plan to drive much so parked a 15 minute walk away. There is a tram that goes there and Mary and Bob did offer free parking at another site with cctv if we had wanted.

What a lovely hotel! The owners were brilliant and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Our family room was great! The room was decorated and furnished lovely...it felt very homely. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the room had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was amazing...a range of continental food and plenty of extras. The children particularly liked the range of sweets and crisps! But again, the owners couldn't have been more welcoming at breakfast. The hotel was very close to the North part of Blackpool and was a few minutes walk to the Winter Gardens and Coral Island. The hotel is great value for money. We had the perfect stay and will definitely be returning. 😀

Nothing.. everything was perfect!

Everything! A breath of fresh air following 2 nights at the exact opposite. Stunning modern room, well lit, very clean and beautifully presented. Good shower, comfy beds, good temperature . Easy access, such a warm and easy checkin and welcome. WIFI. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Toast, Croissants, flapjack, cake, variety of teas and coffee options, juice, cooked items if requested, biscuits, sweet treats, jam Nutella and marmite. Easy check out and lovely hosts. Given a number in case of needing anything too.

I don't think there was anything I would change or didn't like. I'd love to see fruit and yoghurt at breakfast, but that's purely a preference.

The staff was really friendly, welcome with open arms. Gave us a WiFi code if needed. If you needed more info there was a WhatsApp number. The bedroom was suitable for 2 people! We were only there to sleep. I would definitely come again. Coral island was just a 5 minute walk! Shop on the corner and even an ATM machine.

There was no parking! The closest parking was near coral island. There wasn't a bar either. But the closet bar was around the corner. And when it said breakfast included we expected the full monty not just a continental.

The staff, Mary and Bob, are amazing people.. nothing is too much trouble.. Always on hand when needed. Breakfast is amazing, kids are in their element 😋 sugar rush galore 😋... Rooms clean and smelling fresh.. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We will definitely be coming back very soon...me and the kids enjoyed our stay.. 💯💯💯💯 Great value for money

We loved everything, the breakfast was amazing, very good value and extremely good choice, very good welcoming hosts, very friendly, the first time we have stayed in Blackpool and felt at home. We were made to feel very safe and welcomed.

Just one thing, the pillows were a little thin for us so made it harder to be comfortable but that's something we could have asked for, nothing bad towards the hosts.

The hotel was lovely and quirky The hoteliers were the friendliest most hospitable people I've ever met, absolutely lovely. The continental breakfast range was outstanding. I will 💯% be staying here in the future and will recommend to family and friends

The mattress was a firm one (being slim I prefer a softer mattress) so unfortunately found it a bit uncomfortable

I have stayed here before and has since been taken over by new owners. It did not disappoint, the rooms were really clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was continental style but could have something freshly made if you wanted. Lots of options and and endless supply of snacks - perfect for the kids! Owners were so lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Will definitely be back.
