The hotel was very comfortable ,clean and well equipped. Simon and Roz were fabulous hosts and made us very welcome. We were close to South pier and was easy access to trams. Breakfast was delicious and good choice would definitely recommend

This is the first family trip we've taken to Blackpool and it won't be the last. Simon couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. The BnB is perfect for families who want somewhere quiet, safe and clean to stay. Not to mention the delicious breakfast which is taken to order each morning, plus dietary options for our daughter who doesn't drink cows milk. The rooms a very comfortable and there's plenty of space for the four of us (2 adults, 2 children). Simon helped us with charging our electric car too, so no excuses for those who need charging points. We can't wait to come back.

I can't fault anything. It was the perfect stay.

Simon and Roz are both super friendly, it's just like staying with family or friends Rooms are spotless and breakfast is 10/10 with no problems meeting 4 different variations of breakfast. Visit Blackpool every other year, 10 years ago stayed here, every other time due to their high standards its always been fully booked, but got lucky this year, will be back for sure, Simon is like a mate you haven't seen for a while, had a great ctach up in the bar on our last night staying in this wonderful B&B. To be running the same B&B for 21 years when the country has been through so much just proves that they are doing something right. Everything was 10/10.

Nothing needed to improve, in all honesty 10/10 across every aspect of this B&B

Simon & Roz were really welcoming and easy to chat to there was a nice bar downstairs and games room for kids. They recommend places to go and where to get good food. The room was really nice and big even with 5 of us in it. It was a chilled relaxed family place and I hope I can persuade the Mrs to go back next year.

Everything was spot on there was nothing I did not like about the place the only thing my daughter didn't like was there was no bath in room but she finally had her 1st ever shower (fear of shower) and loved it

Great location. A short walk to the pleasure beach and tram stops. Close to all amenities. The property was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and curtains were blackout. Our room on the top floor was very quiet. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room. Enjoyed a great breakfast beautifully cooked and presented. The property has a well stocked bar and pool room although we didn’t make use of these as it was only a short visit. We parked our car in the secure parking out the back but there is parking on the street right outside the property.

Nothing negative to say about it.

The location of this beautiful hotel was perfect for me and my son. We had everything close by including waterpark and pleasure beach along with a fab chippy and a McDonald's just down the road. Their garden I could've sat in all night relaxing. The comfort in the room and beds gave me best night sleep in weeks. Breakfast was everything you could want and delicious. Simon and Roz were both so welcoming and lovely, we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this stay.

Absolutely nothing!

Simon and Rosina are amazing, super friendly, super fun. Both have great knowledge of the area and able to provide recommendations for where to go, how to get there ect. They couldn't do anymore for you if they tried, even moved their car so we could park ours. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean. Good choice of cold breakfast options and the cooked breakfast was good too!. Would 100% stay again, location is spot on right around the corner from the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle. Great family run hotel.

This is second time we have stayed at hilbre Hotel Simon and Roz are great my boy end up with sickness bug whilst there can't thank Roz enough for her help We stayed in family room it's lovely room is big was 2 adults and 3 children so spacious Had bar and pool table my partner and boys love it special at night when I was settling my youngest they would go downstairs for few games pools and few drinks Breakfast was amazing every morning Simon was great serving us when kids ask for something he was great with them Just want say anyone look looking for family friendly Hotel this is one thank you so much Simon Roz see you next year around same time

Everything was perfect

Staff were lovely. Easy to chat with and happy to help out in any way. Asked for the room to be decorated with birthday banners and balloons and was told no problem. (Didn't end up needing that cause I changed the dates). Moved their own car so I could make sure our new car was right outside the property. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Yummy breakfast. Would 100% go back. 😊

Location for some might be a bit out the way. Great for us as its right by the Pleasure Beach. Opposite end of tower. We choose due to the location. We wanted that end as we have friends in Blackpool and they are closer to Pleasure Beach.

We stayed in a family room and it was more spacious that I thought it would be. It was very clean and had plenty of storage for me my daughter and my 3yr old granddaughter. Simon and Roz were great hosts and went out there way to ensure we had a great time. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, from branded cereals to the cooked breakfast. The location was absolutely perfect as I was concerned we would hear the noise from the shows but not a thing so we all had a great sleep. I am very fussy about where I stay but I honestly cannot fault anything. Even a walk down to the water at 7.30 I'm the morning was fantastic. Thank you Simon and Roz we will definitely be back..
