Very clean, quiet and restful. My room had a nice comfortable bed and everything was good quality eg Lewis & Cole toiletries. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits etc. The en-suite was small but spotlessly clean and the shower stall was a decent size (useful when you're arthritic) and there was plenty of hot water.

Fabulous hotel, highly recommend....from the minute we arrived the lovely couple who run it greeted us...early check in no problem....free upgrade on room ready. Room was spotless comfortable and large, modern bathroom and on the top floor nice and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, as you can see the cooked breakfast was wonderful. We even got free parking on the front. Definitely stay here again and again and happy to recommend 🙂

Only thing i didnt Like was the heating was on and it was 20 degrees so it was really warm but I'm always one who prefers to be cold

Everything, Especially coming here from the slumn of Garvey's Promanade Hotel

Had booked into Garvery Promanade Hotel through booking. Com but soon left after seeing the filthy state of the place. It was both a Hygiene and Covid Disaster ready to happen Soiled Mattress, A curtain between room and toilet again Soiled Unfit to stay in. Outside I went on line and booked Peir Walk Hotel. Such a Difference The Owner could not do enough The Hotel was spotless The Bed, Toilet and Facilities complete difference to what Garvey's call a Hotel I made a Complaint to Booking. Com but did not want to know Made a Complaint to Environmental Health Please check out Garvey's before you book but no need to with Pier Walk Book here with confidence

Good location,friendly staff,good price,nice room,comfy bed,good shower.overall a really nice night away,staff were informative and friendly,well stocked bar.

Only small niggles,only 1 plug socket and none near the bed to charge phones,window was a little draughty,would have been nice to have hot chocolate as an option to tea or coffee in the room but these are very minor issues.

The man who greeted us and checked us in was beyond helpful our whole stay. He helped secure us parking outside the hotel, ensured we knew how to get in at night after he had finished, helped us each time we used the pool table and let us play our own music while having some drinks as a group.

Parking isn’t ideal but it’s not the worst!

A friendly hotel with clean and pleasant rooms. Would definitely recommend also great value for money. I took 2 teenage girls and even they where happy with the rooms 👍🏻

The windows on entrance where mucky. That is the only thing I can say wrong about the place but don’t let this fool you inside is clean and tidy. After walking about blackpool everyone’s windows where mucky (must be a sea air thing)

The colleague who greeted me was very helpful as I dropped my luggage early. He phoned me when the room was ready but said if I had wanted it asp he could do his best to have it ready earlier (I didn't - I was out for the day). There is a lift so up and down very easy. The room was small but cosy (it was a single) and tastefully decorated and had private bathroom with a super powerful warm shower. Everything was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfy. There was a kettle and a plentiful supply of tea/coffee. I had occasion to email the property after my stay and I had prompt and polite response. Would recommend the Pier Walk and would stay again.

The weather could have been better!!! Other than that, all good.

I loved everything

Immaculate room: booked at a de luxe double instead of standard single room because the price was still good Location in the quieter northern part of Blackpool but close to the seafront and within easy walking distance of the livelier area around the Tower

No real problem but difficulty in getting the shower more than lukewarm
