Hotel was in great position, welcoming staff on arrival, room was lovely and well heated on what was a very cold day. Breakfast was offered as extra and even a room delivered one too, but I didn’t have one.

Didn’t like the fact that they had a car park but wanted you to pay for it, £7 a night it should be free really as it was half empty and it wouldn’t of made a difference to hotel if a car was there or not. But I managed to park behind the hotel in a road with free parking. But I didn’t like the fact they wanted to charge, this will probably make me look else where when I return to Blackpool.

The entertainment was fantastic and also that they have a games room for the children which kept them entertained. Bingo is played a couple times a day.

The only thing I could say that needs improving is maybe the carpets on the landings leading to the bedrooms. But as you have said in a previous message to all visitors you are aware there are some improment needed to be carried out. We absolutely loved our stay at Tiffany's and we will be back. Thank you

The mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable. The shower was block and flooded

Just arrived back from here today after a 4 night break away , we have thoroughly enjoyed it , entertainment was fantastic and lots of it , five course meal was outstanding and well worth the money !! , staff really friendly and helpful, i can't thank the bar staff enough two in particular for goin that extra mile and that was Ben and alan they really were great staff along with the rest of the team that make tiffanys definitely worth a visit , the maids were fantastic , rooms are clean , reception staff very nice and efficient , well done tiffanys we will definitely be back thankyou for a lovely stay 👍

Room very spacious staff very friendly maids emptied bins,changed towels and filled tea etc in rooms daily

The rooms get to hot and also the entertainment room air conditioning not working Entertainment every night but unfortunately they had a Karen's diner in big room so all of residents were put in the ballroom many guests walked out as they couldn't get a seat or table .this was very poor as you pay to see entertainment and they tried to fit 100+ guests into a room that holds about 50 this put many people off the hotel and stated would not be returning. On the plus side entertainment was very good and met lots of friendly people .

The check in process was easy, Breakfast was great.Enjoyed the games of bingo at night.

Booked a suite and wasn’t really impressed with what we got for what we paid? £161 with early check in and I think it was worth half of that? Bedroom was directly above the bar and until 12.00am all we could hear in the room was the singer downstairs, people shouting and trying to sing. Radiator in bathroom didn’t work, Sofa in what was the lounge part had sunken in the middle, very old. Didn’t like leaving the car keys at reception as someone had obviously been in the car and moved it and they aren’t covered on our car insurance?

The staff were very nice, food was good

Although there were signs posted stating no smoking within 5 meters of the building, the rule wasn’t enforced so entering and leaving the hotel wasn’t pleasant. Also recommend bath grab handles fitted.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking spaces. The room was nicely decorated, spacious, clean and beds comfortable. Lovely breakfast and lots of tables. Nice to have a games room for the kids and they enjoyed the evening bingo. 10/15 minute walk along the front to the tower. Really good value for money.

The room was very hot, we couldn't turn the radiator down. There was only one pool cue for two tables so one table couldn't be used. The showergel in the bathroom was in a sachet that was difficult to open. Would have preferred small bottles. I would stay again as these were minor issues.

Great location on the Prom. Walking distance to Town and Tower. Great all you can eat breakfast. Friendly staff. Great evening entertainment. Parking front and back of the hotel - but there is a charge.

Not really a complaint as I have stayed here many times and usually my room is fine. However, it's a bit 'luck of the draw' with bedrooms. With it being family owned the upgrading of bedrooms is staged so many a month - some are 'newer' than others. Some have small en-suites and some larger so if this is important to you maybe you should ask about your room at the time of booking.

Breakfast was excellent, staff very polite and helpful, like our room was cleaned each day , well done to all the cleaners and staff

We didn't like being told where to sit when having breakfast in the restaurant but it's not too much of a big deal, little bits of odd jobs need doing around hotel, paintwork peeling off, door handles are loose on 3rd floor where a door is leading down to some steps but staff were dealing with the repairs whilst staying here. Well done to all staff and cleaners for making it a lovely weekend away. Thankyou
