The location is excellent for anything on the North pier,Tower, winter Gardens etc...

The bathroom is on the tight side, it would be better if a wet room was used instead of trying to squeeze the toilet between a partition and diving wall. Also the pipework boxes around the lower perimeter of the walls could do with addressing as they prevent beds and other furniture getting close to the wall, this results in not being able to sit up against the headboard to watch a bit of TV whilst settling down for the night.

Easy to find, clean all around, quick check in, bed was super comfy, had tea and coffee facilities in the room, not too loud considering all the other hotels close by. Very good value for money, will definitely recommend to others and will definitely be staying again

Very easy to check in, with instructions from the host, location was great for my needs, room was bigger than I expected, The neighbourhood was calm and quiet, overall it was a great place to stay in.

I was a bit sceptical about staying after I read the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were basic but had everything you need, bedding was clean, clean towels, tea/coffee making facilities, tv in room, ensuite bathroom, which most cheap hotels don’t have. I would stay again 👍

The room cleaning could do with improving, there was rubbish left from previous guests on the floor, I dropped something under the bed when I retrieve it I found rubbish underneath the bed

The only thing I can think of that was “bad” was that there wasn’t wifi as my mobile signal was not great in this area. But this didn’t affect our trip at all!

Location very close to main area.good clean room.but no hot water in morning. Excellent value for money. Would book Again. Staff Excellent nothing to much bother. Poor parking but main car park just 5 mins walk

The gentleman that greeted us was really lovely and helpful. Gave us our keys as you have the front door key too which is great. Nothing worse than having to wake staff or guests late so that was a bonus. Basically you get what you pay for and suspect its usually cheaper not on a bank holiday. The room was clean, bed very comfortable and new fresh bedding, towels, tea and coffee facilities in the room. The decor a little dated but clean and freshly painted. Overall I'll definitely go again. Centrally located too.

The room was very small so a bit pricey for what you get but it was a late booking and grateful for a bed. No breakfast but plenty of places to eat locally.

A great location to explore the city and the local attractions. I was made very welcome from the start, and for how much I paid for the room, it was more than comfortable for me, I would happily stay again. thank you .

Very friendly staff, eager to help. Great location, right on the prom close to everything you'd need. Comfy bed and affordable.

Not spotless with the cleaning however this wasn't an issue as it was cheap, cheerful and comfy!
