2nd stay. This time thur, Fri, Sat night. Bar offers are excellent. Had a double room on ground floor. No disturbance on a night which is good. Bar downstairs excellent again with great music & pool table. Martin and lyne are the best hosts. They now have popcorn and the kids love it. Will be visiting again. Thank you once again for a great time.

Very friendly staff. Brilliant service. Really good bar with good offers. Excellent pool table, great music video screen setup. Coffee, tea, milk and sugar all supplied. Even let me park at the back (if they have room) will 100% be visiting again very soon. Thank you for a really good experience.

Now let me think. What didn't I like. Still thinking. Nope can't think of any thing. One minute I have one thing. I didn't like the fact that I only stayed for 4 nights. I should have booked longer. Thank you again.

Not far from the coach station - walk up Vance road and turn left onto Coronation Street and it’s the first right on the left as you walk up; if you carry on up and turn left - after passing the laundrette and crossing the road you get to “The Regent” which is a junk or antique shop on four floors in a building that used to be a 1920’s cinema. The check-in was quick and the room large (it could do with a paint job also) The telly was appreciated and the sink was useful too. The mattress I slept on was not at the start of its life… and I’m hopeful that it will be replaced before too long. It is not wholly unusual to find that occasionally elsewhere in the UK also. There’s also a bar downstairs (this is not the only place locally to have a bar on the premises either) and a table with seating on the terrace outside. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the Blackpool Tower as well as the Promenade and the Winter Gardens. They have pubs and bars (not just a Wetherspoons) and they are all still a reasonable price compared to anywhere else in the country - £4 or so…beer and some other things should always be affordable of course…

The location was close to everything including food places and food places was very value for money..... the hosts are amazing including house keep and a very funny bar man.... highly recommend this hotel for your break away

The room was very clean, comfortable and warm, which met my needs for a quality stay. The receptionist/owner was very welcoming and helpful, showing the room and responded kindly to any question I had. There were available an additional complimentary tea, coffee, milk on the desk close to the entrance of the property,if someone needs it. The toilet and shower were very clean, the bed was with clean bedsheets, and the room itself too.

The signal of the TV was very bad, making almost impossible anything to watch but that could be related to the weather as it was rainy and very cold.

Great location in the centre of Blackpool. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Amazing budget hotel with free parking 👍

The location is very close to the Tower and seafront, also walkable from the North train station I had a small problem, that was dealt with quickly Kettle, tea and milk provided TV also in the room Shower rather small, bur water warm Toilet was clean No cupboards in the room.

Basically a place, just to sleep. A small terrace facing the street A bar, that seemed to only be open on weekends.

I travelled for a concert with a friend the place was great location Lynn and Martin were fabulous hosts nothing was too much trouble very friendly we had a great time the room was great the bed was soo comfy slept like a log would definitely recommend and will be goin again that's a definite x
