Everything. Laura as a hostess was superb, greeted us before I'd even got out of the car to take the pressure out of finding parking spaces. Couldn't have done any more for us, nothing was a problem, and made our stay here even more enjoyable. Even my 13 year old son commented on this and how he'd definitely come back if possible. As a base, the hotel had everything we needed, and the choice at breakfast was more than we expected and catered for everyone. Room was small, but we expected this as it's what we booked, and it was clean & comfortable, and with fresh towels every day, and more if required, we were well looked after. Perfect location for all the amenities, I didn't need to drive anywhere, which was pleasing. Thank you to all the team there, we both had a wonderful stay.

Leaving.

As soon as me and my Mum arrived, we were welcomed with a smile and informed of everything to do with our stay. The hotel itself is just lovely and personable. We had a twin room which was clean, comfortable, warm and nice and quiet. We were there for a Fitness Convention at The Wintergardens and it was a 5 minute walk away. Everything we needed was within a short walking distance. I would recommend staying here and would definitely stay again 😊😊

That our trip wasn't longer.

Very clean hotel, breakfast was nice, toiletries and towels were included which was a bonus. Location right next to everything cetral - exactly where we wanted to be. Hosts were lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Room was small but it was because we booked last minute and only had small rooms left. Wasnt an issue as we were barely in the room. Was a bit noisy early in the morning with seagulls and other guests as we had the window open but again this wasnt an issue as we get up early anyway and had plans to go to pleasure beach.

Me and my family have just Got back from blackpool ...had an amazing new year thanks to the fairhaven staff and all the work they put in for everyone... MIGHT OF BEEN COLD AND RAINING ALOT OF THE TIME BUT THEY PUT AN AMAZING NEW YEAR ON FROM ...FOOD ... TO MUSIC ....TO FIREWORKS ....WITH A HUGE SMILE ON THERE FACES .... THANK YOU TO THE BOSS AND ALL OFF THE STAFF...AND WE WILL VE BACK WOULDNT STAY ANYWERE ELSE IF I WENT TO BLACKPOOL X😍😍

We arrived late in the evening. The staff were so accommodating and made our check-in easy. Car park on site was a real bonus and great price. The room was small, however had everything we needed and was very clean. Breakfast was included in the price and was very good (the staff made you feel very welcome - so happy and cheerful!). We will definitely be returning when in Blackpool next. Great experience from start to finish! The kind and friendly staff deserve a lot of credit. Thank you!

Couldn't fault anything.

Great location close to the tower, winter gardens, north pier and coral island plus didn’t take long to walk to shops and Blackpool north station. Set back far enough to be away from the noise. As everyone says and it’s the reason we booked the staff are lovely, always happy to help with any requests and serve a lovely breakfast. The communal area with pool table and darts was great along with the bar. The rooms were serviced every day which I don’t expect but nice touch.

We had a couple things broken in the room but the staff tried everything they could to get it repaired.

Excellent location close to the tower, coral island and winter gardens. Staff were all so friendly and helpful, really couldn't do enough for you. The family room was a great size with a jacuzzi bath and the bar/lounge area was very modern with a well stocked bar. The kids loved the pool table and darts so they were well entertained in the evenings. Breakfast was well organised and very tasty, help yourself to cereal and toast then served a cooked breakfast from hot plates. Would definitely stay here again.

The mattress on the double bed was uncomfy so could do with replacing or a decent mattress topper

I've stayed in lots of hotels in Blackpool the Fairhaven is my favourite. Location is great, the hotel is spotless , nice breakfast, good bar and beer garden, the staff are second to none, so helpful.

None of the following bothered me, but some people might think the rooms are on the small side. We upgraded to a bigger room with a spa bath which was 3 floors up,so there was a lot of stairs to climb as there's no lift. If you go to bed early and your room is above the bar you might hear the music so check the location of your room, but if you're out late you'll be fine.

Great location. The staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. The room we had was a twin. And was an ok size for just sleeping in. Plenty of mirrors for makeup etc. Comfy bed too.there was also a handy storage unit with coat hangers for clothes which was good. The bathroom was tiny, you had to sit under the sink to go to the toilet. And the sink had no shelf space for even a toothbrush. The shower was a good size though and the water pressure is very good. I would just recommend adding a little shelf in the bathroom to store tooth brushes etc. And maybe a couple hooks to hang your clothes or towels on while in the shower. Great bar area with pool table. Breakfast was lovely.fab scrambled eggs. I'm a Bit of a sausage snob, so I didn't like them. But happy with everything else and liked that they offered both white and wholemeal toast. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again when we next visit black pool.

On way home from a weeks stay in a family room, Staff were lovely welcoming and helpful nothing was too much for them. Withing walking Distance of all we wanted to go to, great variety for breakfast. Highly recommend and would definitely book again if we come to blackpool again, first time and we all loved it, thankyou.
