The hosts were very friendly. It was nice to have a chat with both hosts. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good and organised. There were juices, toast, cereals all available before a hot breakfast was served. It was a great start to the day! Value for money. We stayed for 2 nights and will stay again next time we are in Blackpool. The hotel has a bar with good choice and a nice area to sit. Location was good. There is a tram stop at the end of the street but we decided to walk down the prom towards the centre which is also not far.

There was nothing that we did not like. Thank you to Damian and Mark for helping make our stay enjoyable.

An absolute B&B gem in Blackpool run by two amazing hosts Mark & Damian. We had room number 6 on the top floor and it was so comfy, clean and everything we needed. The bar area downstairs is very homely and Damian doesn’t allow you to lift a finger when it comes to breakfast!! Breakfast was plentiful and cooked wonderfully, hot drinks/juices, cereals and toast to choose from. Mark & Damian are fantastic hosts and it’s clear to see from the cards on the wall that people don’t return to see Blackpool, they return to see these two lovely guys. They went over and above when I couldn’t find my purse with the £50 cash I’d brought to put in a wedding card, and quickly gave me £50 cash with no questions asked trusting me to return it, which I did that same night. The only wish I have is that this B&B was in some of the areas we like to visit more, the lakes - north east coast, if it was we’d be there every other month!!

Nothing not to like.

Location was great, 15 minutes walk to the tower. The host was super friendly and the kids loved him! Very helpful and constantly checking if we needed anything. Facilities were very clean, bed was really comfy! Also really loved the fact that the kids had their own room so we could have our light and tv on when they were asleep knowing we weren’t disturbing them.

The shower wasn’t amazing as there was little pressure so it’s difficult to wash hair in there but we coped ok. The bedroom and bathroom were pretty small (with a very small sink) which is something to be mindful of if showering/washing children for example, but not a massive issue and would be fine for a couple. All fine for a few days!

This hotel is beautiful,very chic, having simple but beautiful decor with little added touches. The rooms are very comfortable, exceptional clean with lovely soft bedding. Our ensuit within the room was delightful, very modern & on trend more than adequate. Our room catered for everything we should need and more. The breakfast was well presented, plentiful with good quality produce and an array of choice.. However what’s makes this hotel very special is the host Damion & Mark such lovely people, they gave us such a delightful, lovely warm welcome & couldnt do enough for us, such amazing, helpful people from start to finish, so if your looking for a hotel that is on trend, clean, has everything to offer guest with a good breakfast and wonderful, friendly host, Don’t look any further as trust me you will not be disappointed with the Chadberry, it’s a wonderful stay!! X

No negatives, this hotel was perfect in every way.

When arriving at Chadberry House we felt that it looked inviting from the outside. The hall was clean and fresh looking. We were greeted by Damien who was welcoming on our arrival. Our room was just the right size for a couple, clean, fresh, beautiful made bed, everything we needed was made available. The mattress itself was the comfiest we have ever slept on. During our visit both Mark and Damien gave lots of ideas and information about local places to go to for eating or entertainment. Both Damien and Mark were entertaining and fun to chat with when we had an evening drink before heading out. We were greeted every morning at breakfast with questions about our previous day, plans for next. Breakfast itself was lovely, good presentation and just enough to see through till evening. Mark and Damien were happy to accommodate if we changed our breakfast the night before from having a full cooked to just beans and egg on toast. The guest house itself was in good proximity to attractions. The tram was literally 2mins down the road. Would highly recommend Chadberry house. Next time we visit blackpool jn the future we will book at the Chadberry.

No faults at all.

From the moment we arrived in the chadberry house the clean smell was clean and refreshing. After a long drive, my partner and I were greeted at the door by Damien and after the first few seconds we could tell that we had chosen a winner. Damien was welcoming we felt like we had come to visit family we had known all our lives. Any question we had about the hotel the area( what to do where to eat) Damien knew the best answers. The bar/Dining room was stunning and you could tell that love had gone into making it warm and lively ( the partner has already said she will be copying it for our dining room) the room was perfect cleanliness was 10/10 lovely bed slept like a baby. When we thought we couldn't get any more lucky we met Mark what can I say the most amazing breakfast we have ever had on holiday. I really couldn't praise these two enough 100/10 we definitely felt like family and will be returning asap. we can't wait to see you both again. Jordan & Meggan

Nothing it was perfect

Damian and Mark were so accommodating right from the minute we walked in the door to the moment we left, nothing is too much trouble for them Mark cooks the most amazing breakfast and Damian is front of house tending to your every need with coffee,tea, toast, cereal, juice anything you want, and because there are only a small number of rooms you really get the personal touch unlike other bigger hotels. We've been going to Blackpool for years and years and have stayed at countless different places but not anymore whenever we visit from now on its Chadberry House all the way!!

Everything was perfect there is nothing not to like about the place.

Very clean very modern and made to feel at home from moment stepped in door. Breakfast was cooked fresh and was amazing and didn’t have to move from table as Damian served everything to us. Great location as beach bottom of road, funfair 10 mins to left and tower 10 mins to right. Car park just around the corner which was used at £15 for 48 hrs was very good. We stayed in family room which had two double beds and separate room with bunk beds and own tv. Can’t recommend this place highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely nothing

We loved Damien & mark they were absolutley delightful from the minute we arrived untill the time we left, the food was amazing like the owners.We will defenatley use again wen we go 2 blkpool & will pass them on 2 our friends.Unfortunatley i was poorley on the last day i am waiting 2 go 2 a hos visit & instead ov them putting us out at 10 -30 they let us stay untill our lift turned up at 1 30 which was fabulous as i felt lousey .I was so grateful 2 them,it mean i could lay on the bed untill i felt a little beta after takin medication.They really were 2x great guys & grt hosts just lovely people.Thank you so much 2 u both.much love pat & Bev X😁👍❤️🙏🥰X

Damian and Mark were exceptional hosts going above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was very clean, bed was super comfortable and my 11 year old son and I had a wonderful stay on our 4 day trip to the sights and attractions of Blackpool. Marks cooked breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day with full tummies! Damian felt like an instant friend and gave tips for shows, places to visit and so on. My son enjoyed chatting with them and getting to know them too. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my next trip to Blackpool. Thank you so much guys for a wonderful stay
