It was extremely clean and felt like a home from home. It was situated in the middle of the 2 ends of the promenade so was perfect access. Tracey was so warm and welcoming and professional! Breakfast was definitely value for money. Have already booked to go back in a couple of months.

Our bathroom was a little small but suited a short stay and our host is more than happy to put us in a bigger room on our next stay.

The host Tracey was brilliant, very welcoming, and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean, and it's in a great position with a couple of minutes walk to the sea front. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Blackpool. You can't go wrong with The Cardoun.

Our stay at The Cardoun was exceptional. The hotel was spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully. Our room was comfortable and clean. Tracy was one of the friendliest, warmest, most helpful people I’ve ever met, nothing was too much trouble for her. Both me and my friend thought the cooked breakfasts were to die for, and this is coming from two Chefs!! We wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else now when we visit Blackpool. Thanks for an amazing stay Tracy. x

The room was lovely & clean. The bed was comfy & slept well. Breakfast was lovely & enjoyed. Tracey is a really lovely host & friendly . Really helpful to us. We will back again in the future. 😊

My hubby is not a bit satisfied with a bathroom Sink have no plug & bit not got hot water

Great weeken staying with Tracey didn’t even won’t to come home enjoyed maself so much. She was so friendly and helpful nothing was a bother to her always checking you were ok and if we needed anything. The room was perfect bed was so comfy had great sleep and the breakfast was beautiful. Would recommend Tracey bed and breakfast to everyone location is perfect. Lovely hotel thanks soo much Tracey hope to see you in couple of weeks

Lovely host made to feel very welcome and accommodated for as my friend was veggie, excellent location, brilliant room everything we needed and more was there, comfy bed quiet street, good shower so much good...thanks for having us Tracey...Becca and Nicolle :) x

Nothing just wish the trip was longer ...

Lovely property, quite and in a good location. smelt really nice and the room was lovely and well equipped. The beds were comfy and the room was spotless! Thank you Tracy for a very present stay!

A wonderful little place in Blackpool that is a stone's throw away from the sea front. Comfy bed, gorgeous breakfast and a very charming, helpful and friendly landlady. We liked it so much that we stayed extra days. REALLY looking forward to going back.

Going home

Very clean comfortable nothing was to much trouble for Tracie exceptional host made us feel very welcome and comfortable.

The only thing was parking other than that amazing every thing else was.

Tracey was very welcoming and made us feel at home the hotel is very comfortable and it was really good value for money we will definitely be returning for another trip at the same place that's for sure
