Daily housekeeping, comfortable room

Staff uneducated about car park fees . I have been told on check in that car park for full stay is £4 and been asked to pay for it but when I check out I find out it’s per night not per stay. Gentleman who did check in for me answered clearly 3 times that price for car park is £4 per stay. Another disappointing situation happened at the hotel bar when I asked for bucket with ice( I said that fridge in the room would be great) but lady asked me where am I from , when I answered that I am from Poland she was disrespectful and said that that kind of standards are in Dubai but we are in Bradford . Very shocking behaviour

Room was a nice size, with a very good television which was able to connect to Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+ as well as freeview. It was cleaned well every day, the breakfast I had was superb, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

When my wife and I walked to the reception, we asked the person on reception where the restaurant was and she shrugged in the general direction of the area behind her (this looks like an open bar area). We then asked if we order at the bar, as there are no wait-staff, and she nodded while looking at us as if we had two heads! We left for another place rather than eat there that time. The parking is also not included, which is a shame considering the location and the price of the room

when I arrived there was confusion over my booking, even though I had numerous emails and even a text message confirming my booking. I had to wait 30 minutes to get a room , at first they said they had no rooms. Total confusion and I was being give a room which already had a guest lucky another staff member noticed. My bathroom was not as clean or up todate as I would expect. the shower in the morning was cold. The bar staff were very good, the menu was poor and my chicken wrap was in fact a sandwich ! Breakfast was okay and the staff good. I asked via email id sky sports was in the bar which was confined only to find that there was no tV or Sky sport available.

A taste of Yorkshire like being back home since losing my parents and selling there home in low moor it’s a nice local spot to stay few nights when I pop over from Blackpool to visit family friends clean fresh comfy bed staff are so professional and kind . Being in the hospitality my self for years it nice to see a great team working together. Definitely be back again

Bit quiet

I was booked in at Spamedica Eye Hospital that is situated 100yrds over the road, so this was the perfect place to stay

It was so convenient that instead of rushing home after my operation I decided to stay a extra night, we when to the restaurant at night and the food was superb

Clean and tidy and friendly

I think parking charges should be in with the booking of the room Food was not the best to be fair and for the price I think it could of been better Food menu could of done with a few more choices

Clean, well furnished, modern rooms. Very comfortable bed. Good smart TV with plenty of channels. Plenty of mains sockets and a couple of usb charging ports. Restaurant food was very good. Plenty of parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Nothing really.

There were a couple of issues during the stay (some of which, hotel not at fault). The staff could not have been more helpful to put things right, offer compensations and to help us have a good stay. Was very happy with the service provided.

Very clean and had a luxury feel to it

Only thing I will say and also did point this out was the bathroom floor was very slippery- maybe the cleaner had used a polish to wipe it to make it slippery as it was a wood floor. Apart from that no complaints.

Really nice staff, mentioned it was my birthday at check in and a few minutes later, someone had brought up complimentary wine, which was lovely. Room was very nice and spacious, the bed was really comfortable. It was also nice and warm.
