The room we stayed on was amazing and met my expectations, I booked the £30 anniversary package and was not disappointed when we entered the room. The host were amazingly helpful and they have only just taken over the property. The renovations have already started to bring an already good venue up to much more higher standards and will look forward to returning once they have been completed 🙃

Read the small print! I was not expecting to be told 24 hours before we were due to stay that there is a £100 safety/damage deposit to be paid. It was refunded as we left but was really confused when I was told about this. Maybe my own fault though for not reading the small print 🫢🤣

the jacuzzi was amazing, everything worked perfectly

For the money I think was extremely good value and I also liked could open door for fresh air or to have cig and not walk miles, the bath with partner was great and even the smallest bath room like I had was plenty of space for 2 and apparently was in it for 2 hours 😂 the waterfall thing didn't work and bed little firm for my liking but had lovely time and with lighting and bathroom makes for a great night to spend drinking or relaxing with a partner, was shop stones throw away and looked to be plenty of stuff about, also had secure private parking and I come in a high end m5 so that was also great, the guy who met us was polite and professional and really explained features instead of throwing you keys like I've had done alot so honestly if want little break with girlfriend then couldn't find single fault with it, did leave 20 minutes late as had ordered a breakfast and staff wasn't rude or pushing us out so thank you for a great night and I do highly recommend, I stop In apartments and hotels once a week and one of better ones and certainly be returning maybe try one of the bigger apartments out but even the smallest one has everything and very comfortable and bathrooms are amazing 😀

The jacuzzi was absolutely amazing, the room itself was spacious and was clean

The outside is very misleading, otherwise inside was great, some of the features did not work such as the glowing lights in the middle of the room and the bath tv didn’t work well

nice private hot tub perfect for couples private entrance and exit from the room free parking on premises if there’s enough bays kitchen available and fridge kettle but there was no tea bags or coffee or milk.

room can get quite hot and stuffy smells of smoke and cannabis. this is not the fault of the hosts just the people who are staying there or maybe the area which it’s located in

Booked for my husband birthday. There was a Friendly Assistant who guided us how things worked. The Jacuzzi was warm, Fridge and microwave worked perfectly. Good food places are nearby. Overall it was 10/10.

There was a strong smell of cigarettes and it did leave a smell on the fabrics e.g. Curtains and beddings. I’m asthmatic too however we did go out to buy air fresheners that was only a slight let down but like I said the property was amazing and it is worth a day stay.

Very nice apartment and facilities are well decorated and maintained. Would definitely re visit host sent us simple tour guides and instructions on how to use the facilities. Close to centre and plenty of amenities around the area

This apartment was booked for a birthday surprise and Livit definitely succeeded in giving us all a surprise! Easy check in process , friendly staff. Everything was provided within the room - didn’t have to speak to staff regarding any issues. Very clean with upgraded facilities. Led lights just set a nice relaxing mood. Netflix provided with li it’s own account - ended up binging Topboy 🙃 !

Honestly had no major concerns with my stay. Could maybe change the bathroom bin as it’s the only old facility that spoils the apartment.
